McDonald's, San Jose CA

Came to this McDonald's around 1050pm to pick up an Uber Eats order but I was told by the Supervisor on duty that they are closed. So why did they accept the order if they decided to close 10 min early? Just curious.

The food's okay it's McDonald's they're all the same it's just the homeless surrounding the place that sucks

For the location of this McDonald's, its very busy. But besides that, the employees & definitely management are very rude at this location. Bad customer service. I stay from this one.

The hot Caramel Mocha with no whip cream is only 1/3 filled & not as tasty as the iced version. Make sure to add a sweetener & creamer to your order. Curbside pickup took more than 5 minutes wait.

I have been to this restaurant, since I was a kid. The amenities are awesome. The Big Macs are really good.

Typical McDonalds. Which is good. Order online so your order will always come correct. Clean location. Nothing much else to comment about since I do not go inside.

Worst morning manager ever always rude on weekends and sometime during week you see her but never good manager skills also her from employees that she is a really big problem on how the food is served fresh and good she it’s always a great time going u less that manager working and her crew

I decided to visit again because the business section said their revenue was up again. I went for lunch and I didn't see as many people as I expected, but it was still doing good business. The drive thru was closed for some construction at the time and I am sure it will reopen soon. The place is clean and has large windows out on the strip mall. Free wifi is nice. The refills are free for customers dining in. I had the Mini meal with the double cheeseburger and it was OK, not great, but it was reliable food anywhere you go. The cashier was friendly and smiled. Here is what McDonalds needs to work on; the menu board is now a flat panel screen and it is not good. It's just not organized well, and the kids meals are not even on it, they are on a paper menu taped to the side of the ordering counter. The menu board is simply in need of better execution so I deducted one star. This location is local to me and it is my go to place, but lately the new corporate management has done more to frustrate me and keep me out than draw me, and new customers back in.
Update: mirroring the economy, this place is slow.

Took my grandson for his 1st McDonald's sundae. Very disappointing. Very little hot fudge and less ice cream than usual.

The manager in the mornings on the weekends is extremely rude. Completely got my order wrong and when I asked for more syrup, she said, and I quote, "for what? ! ". Like, for my pancakes. And then she threw them in my hand. Literally every other employee is fine but her, worst person ever. I see her sometimes when I go to lunch, instant beef. Eyerolls and everything. It's a good experience otherwise when I don't see her.

I've been to a lot of McDonald's and this was by far my favorite. The workers are always friendly they always get the order right and I never have to repeat myself.kudos

This lady park me just for a one small French fries! I’ve waited 35 minutes outside! I asked a crew and he told me her name is Cristina Valenzuela! She is the worst of all with a bad attitude and yelling! Miss if you’re going to be in a bad mood just go home!

I wish I could give no stars and still write a review. One of the managers that works in the mornings and afternoons is absolutely terrible. I mobile order a lot for the points, and it seems like every time she's working there is a problem and they don't have my order. But I still get charged.

Yesterday this happened, and it was almost $30 worth of food for myself and my family. After placing the order and sitting at curbside for 10 minutes, I went in to see what was going on.

This woman told me that they didn't have my mobile order and that she 'wasn't giving me any more free food', because the last time this happened she finally gave me my order. So I was charged for food that I didn't get, and had to re-order at the Blossom Hill location. Garbage manager.

I think it depends on who's working because sometimes the hamburgers are good other time they are Cold and sloppy.
Customer service is very poor here.
Hope it will improve?

Not the McDonald's app on my phone went through the drive-thru to get a little something to eat because my app and they knew my name and told me thank you with my first name I was impressed and made my day
