Waited too long for my hamburgers and when I asked for ketchup.for my fries.
There was no ketchup

If you order anything in their drive-thru that takes longer than 30 seconds, they ask you to park in a drive-thru reserved parking spot, which are halfway into the parking lot. The closest spots are reserved for mobile pickup. But other people ignore the drive-thru signs & park in them anyway, which confuses the employees when they bring out the orders, which is compounded by sending out employees that don't even speak English, don't know which order is for which car, & don't check receipts or even know which bag is which order. The employee just hands you a bag so you can check what's inside & if it's not your order you check the next bag.great way to spread germs during a pandemic. I no longer patronize this particular franchise & drive a mile away to the one on Sunset.

THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALD'S AT MELROSE AVE AND VERMONT AVE CONSISTENTLY TREATS ME HORRIBLE! PARTICULARLY THE MANAGERS! HORRIBLE, IMPERTINENT, SARCASTIC, THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I HAPPILY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT OTHERS DO THE SAME! THE WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!?

I have ordered multiple times from here, more from postmates, I don't have a problem with this particular McDonald's, however, every time I order the cherry pies, I always get apple pies. It's not the first time they do this.

Carmel Frappe is so delicious. I could drink it everyday.the food is good and fast.dollar menu is good

Actually it was really good, costumer service was great. Also I liked the fact that the place looks super clean.

Always getting my orders wrong drive thru or uber eats. So make sure you check before you drive off.

Coolest thing tonight. Pulled into the waiting stall because the line was backed up. The guy brought out the food food some things were missed on the order. I was prepared to brave the drive through line again but guy (wish I had asked his name) asked for the money for the items ran in and brought them out to me. Above and beyond.

I usually pass by to get breakfast on my way to work and they always forget to give me the hashbrown. Has happened 3 times already. The food quality is good though.

Drive Thru cashier spilled soda all over my pants and car. They made me wait at Parking #1 and forgot my bbq sauce. Worst experience!

The managers are despots and they have a very bad attitude they do not know how to serve the client I will never go back to this McDonalds

Now i understand you dont care about customers, but how do your employees use this restroom? No lock with a big hole in it. How embarrassing.

This McDonald's is a good family place the food is a little more expensive there than most McDonald's which is really weird I don't remember it being exceptionally clean but it wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't eat there and I did it has a play area for your Tiny Tots

Really awful food. Usually i love their mcgriddles, only this one didnt taste like it was done cooking, raw, or something was missing. Or both. Really sad. Neber coming here again

One specific manager! She talks to much instead of doing her job right. When you complain to her about her job.she'll just ignore your complain.

15 minutes wait time for food pickup. Thought using order terminal would expedite order & pick up.pointless order kios if no pick-up perk.

They always get the orders wrong and very sneaky about it. Only when u get home ready to eat that U see the mistake very annoying. They don't care because all these hungry students are coming

Super cold so you won't loiter, but it's so cold you can't eat. Then they allow stoners to smoke near the door. Won't be going back.

It sucked their was so much people and it took twenty minutes just to get a frappae and you have to get up to the front of the line just to get the key to the bathroom Witch also took another five minutes

The tables and everything was dirty the there were a lot of homeless and the manager he was very very rude
