带两岁孩子来这里，等了40分钟没出餐，出餐后还是错的，工作人员态度很差，绝对不会再来这里. 强烈建议亚裔不要来这里，因为你会得到不一样的对待。Brought two year old kid here, waited for 40 minutes for no food, it was still wrong after delivery, the staff had a bad attitude, definitely will not come here again. Strongly recommend Asians not to come here because you will be treated differently.

On 9/13 I went there to buy gift card $100. But they charged me twice as $200. And the staff totally do not know how to use the system!

I just had the Best Quarter Pounder with cheese of my life from this place. It was absolutely perfect.

It's hard for me to ever fully 5 star a McDonald's, but it's a decent one. It is kept clean. Surprisingly haven't had any issues in years of going here up the block. I tried to think of something to complain about, but have fell short.

This one has it all!
From an indoor ac kids playground separated to a fast drivethru even when where's a line out to the street. They manage well and have been absolutely amazing for getting a quick coffee or bite and using WiFi from the parking lot as many places don't reach far outdoor. All hail parking lot WiFi, just don't kill the spot and abuse it so everyone can continue to enjoy.

People do not know what sugar is, they try to give strawberry jam. 3 times I had to try and explain and it was just short of me going back there to get it myself.

Today November 19 around 10: 20 pm I arrived at the establishment and before entering a woman lock the door before entering and in the schedule it says that they close at 11pm I went for my car and explained to the person who helped me what happened, I hope the supervisor do something about it!

Many customers waiting for their order, some customer had to go back to counter 'correct' her order.

I don't like when they have me park in the front by the street to wait for my order and my car gets surrounded by homeless people.

I just came from Mc Donald’s on Arrow in Glendora. They miss up my order I ordered 2 drinks, small fries, one fillet fish and 2 hamburgers they forgot my hamburgers they didn’t put it on my Order the 1st. Time so I had to go back in the long line because their lobby was close early they usually close at 11 or 10 sometimes I see them close the door after 9. Then when I got home one of my drinks was dr.pepper I order a diet Coke.

I ordered a 10 piece and a 6 piece and they gave me 1 ranch. Every time it’s something different with this place.

Drive thru girls are always very friendly! Excellent customer service I usually drive thru around 430 and is always fast.love this Mac Donald's.and they have frozen coke

Would be 5 stars but I would like the people up front to be more mindful and wear gloves while handling customers coffee lids and other things we put our mouths on!

This is the second time they have messed up my order within a month. Drove home to find out im missing half my order. They should really make sure they have everything in the bag before they say that's it. I guess I gotta double check before driving away from now on. Fast service doesn't always mean great service.

It's a nice place with great atmosphere (I would sit inside with my friends and discuss life while leeching off the WiFi back in college). While the actual food is lacking in many vital nutrients the staff is kind and hardworking. Too bad they keep getting scammed by their ice cream machine provider. Sucks to have a business partner perpetuating poverty mindset.

Decent, takes a bit to get your food sometimes but generally good timing. Nice employees each time I’ve visited. Not much else to say about this place. Bathrooms are usually clean which is always a plus.

The manager Jeanette at this location has horrible customer service skills and has a very rude/condescending demeanor. Made my visit an unpleasant experience. I’ve come to this McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered the same thing more times then I can count on both of my hands. When I visit this location, I always order the deluxe breakfast meal and add a 69 cent hashbrown to the meal. I tried ordering it but Jeanette tells me they have never done that. I tell her there must be some confusion because I always order the extra hashbrown with no issues. She quickly gets agitated raising her voice saying it’s only with the combos. I ask for her name to follow up and I can tell she gets mad. I then tried adding an apple pie with my McDonald’s app code and I inform her my app is loading. Within a matter of 10 seconds, she aggressively says “just pull forward! ”. By the time I get to the window, a cashier is helping me but she is the background pointing to her name tag saying the name is Jeanette like if I didn’t catch it the first time I asked. This lady literally fought with me for 69 cents which speaks a lot about their customer service. If policy has changed on the deluxe meal, the best thing to do is apologize for the inconvenience and inform the customer in a change of policy instead of getting combative.

Ate 2big macs mocha coffee and fries apple turnovers very clean and employees very kind and Respectful.

Excellent service, clean, short wait, clean bathroom and friendly employees. Child Friendly ️

The manager denied me my purchase today at 3: 03 pm today told me my card didn't go through but my bank account reflects the purchase
