Drinks and ice cream cone. They made the wrong drink for me but remade the right one and upsized it too (because of the error?) great come back! Would recommend!

Food was fine but is there a dictionary or maybe a common sense instruction manual for employees to use there? How do I order a latte a get an iced coffee instead? Where in this person’s mind did they see the word “latte” and read “iced coffee”? I don’t even understand how you make that mistake unless there is something wrong with your head.
THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, IT WAS THE LADIES FIXING THE PLATES. VERY RUDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEED TO LEAVE THEIR ATTITUDES AT HOME. ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT THEY GOT OUR ORDERS MIXED UP. AND WAS SARCASTIC ABOUT IT.

T E R R I B L E. Hell I had to ask for a plastic knife 6 different ways you know knife, spoon and fork. I felt like a game show trying to explain what I need it for. You know knife for to spread butter. Finally I had to put finger to my wrist like a knife and say suicide than we won the challenge and I got the knife. Great game of Pictionary
The food was good. But I had to wait a long time, then actually go up to the counter and say, Hey, has this order been made & show them my phone. No one called my online order number out as usually happens. I thought the online orders are separate from the people standing in line. Otherwise, what's the purpose of online orders?
