McDonald's, California City CA

They won't be getting anymore of my money. They always mess something up. Wait times are terrible.

I go to mcdonalds solely for the health aspect of the situation. Thanks mcdonalds, its a toss up between you and phillip morris, who cares about their customers more. 60 years of quality food. I highly recomend mcdonalds if your a health nut like me.

In California city this place is embarrassing.is always something no coca no coffee no cups no bisques.never ever coming back

Breakfast was pretty expensive.but the time they made the food was very quick. McDonald's has always been a great place to get delicious food.thank you.

I have never experienced such confusion and lack of customer service. We ordered on the kiosk to make things a little easier, and our order was still wrong. We tried to get assistance with getting the order corrected and we finally gave up and left. We got home and part of the order was wrong, the fries were ice cold, and in general the meal was put together rather sloppy. There were people who had ordered online and were waiting for their order that was never even begun to be made. Avoid this McDonald's.

Well it is MicyD's. What can you say. They show 2 cheese burgers for$3.50 so how does a meal get to $11 dollars? I've got to work on my math. The burgers where flat and fries cold by the time i got to my room which was less than 10 minutes. I hate drive through. Everything is already cold and flat. The rate was the same which is good so i knew that from the start. But this was the only place open. When you travel it's always a role of the dice.

We were in from Florida visiting my son, we were going to get my grandchildren a happy meal came through the drive thru and there's was a car pulled over to the side and the man was on his phone we did not think he was in line so.we went around him, he all of a sudden pulled around us an squeezed his car sideways between us and got out of the car screaming and filming us, I apologized and told him to go ahead I was sorry! He goes and tells the employee we cut in front of him and was "making a fuss". When we got to our turn to order we were greeted by "We are not going to serve you" because you did not respect the previous customer! WTH ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Us Southern folks aren't use to this kind of nonsense.over a hamburger maybe over a big southern fest but not a McDonald's meal!

They most always give you a half empty container of burnt fries and the food never really meets expectations.it also typically takes forever for simple orders.

The employee who worked the drive thru on Wed.morning 7/28/21, overcharged me! $11.42 for a egg and cheese biscuit meal w/o.j? Didn't occur to me until later in the day so I never went back.
And never will again.

They just can't seem to get my order right or have hot fries the first time. Stopped going since there are better choices down the street.

Last night I waited nearly 20 minutes for some burnt half filled fries. I was so hungry and left hungry b/c the food was inedible. My fries were burnt and missing half the box. The manager Desiree had a rude and bad attitude and I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. I felt cheated and came back to get a refund. Unacceptable.

I asked the worker a simple question and when she said no i asked her to check in the back and she got an attitude.i would not eat here ever because the workers are very rude and whoever that lady was needs to be fired.also last time i ate here there was a roach and a rat tangoing on my table -10/10 would not recommend eating here

The manager needs to go very rude even with the employees not very polite at all no wonder people are leaving like flies too bad is the only McDonald's in town

I try give review on food but they hang up I no know to much English and they end call thin happen11: 18 am on may 27 2021 they mean fire them

The employees here.are very nice and do care about their customers. Plus this place seems to be very popular with the pay it forward movement. It's nice to community within a big chain restaurant

The women I talked two was very disrespectful I asked if they had a grilled chicken sandwich and she said I’m no answering that and walked away laughing ️

They always get it wrong.i love the hamburgers but i add a slice of cheese and the lady always suggests a "cheeseburger" but i don't want that non sense!
