McDonald's, Fontana CA

Picked up a quick meal, my order was 2 Mc.doubles and Value drink all that was under 5 dollars.

I really don't like McDonald's all that processed food is not really good for any of us

Not sure why it says open 24hrs, I drove by at 1: 30 am and it was closed. Had barriers blocking off the drive thru entrance also.

Trying to get food here just isn't worth the trouble. The place is too busy to be called fast food anymore. The inside looks like a waiting room at a DMV. I'd recommend eating elsewhere.

Service is glacial. Drive through serves 1 car per side in about 5 minutes per car. If there are 5 cars, there are 2 lanes, that merge into one, plan on at least a half hour wait.
Then they screw up your order. Inside the wait is equally bad.
Avoid this place.

Terrible customer service. Stood at the register for 5 minutes while the employees (in particular a skinny black chick with pink hair) repeatedly walked back and forth past me, ignoring me when I asked politely if I could please order. Who is training these employees that instead of saying "I'll be right with you" they should be giving me dead-eyed stares while willfully ignoring my existence as the only customer at the register. Finally gave up and left hungry.

I get off of work in the early mornings try to go there multiple times every time I go cash only fix the systems or something stop making it so inconvenient for other people very annoying very unpleased and the food's not even that well so I don't even know why I keep attempting to go

Showed up after 6 AM, the inside of the restaurant is always open, this time it wasn't, horrible service, I guess over time they let standards slip. I went back later in the morning and let's just say that the customer service was so bad they just lost a local working customer. I'll begin taking my "business" to Jack in the Box.

Worst experience at this location don't even deserve a one star, they stop serving breakfast at 10: 30 so if you ever do mobile order just make sure to be at the location before 10: 30 that case you might get your food this location is the worst franchise to go to

My sausage McMuffin with egg smelled bad my hash brown seem like it was cooked in old grease and the Sprite was flat

This place is not the best but I keep coming back. But that is normal for a McDonald's. Regardless, I have bad vibes from this place when they promote the medium smoothie but they don't let me know that the large is just 20 cents more.

Ordered through the app, went inside to pick up my order. 2 people were waiting to have their orders corrected, which was concerning.when I finally received my order after 10 minutes I checked it in store and it seemed correct but when I got home and opened the crispy chicken sandwich bag, and it turns out that it was a SPICY chicken sandwich with some kind of sauce all over it. Not at all close to what I ordered. The chicken nuggets were barely warm, same for the fries. Worst experience at a McDonalds I’ve ever had. 3 incorrect orders in a row is clearly an issue that needs to be resolved immediately.

Do not order curbside pick up from this location. On two separate occasions I ordered curbside from the app, both times I had to get off my vehicle to get the food. Wait for my first visit was over 20 minutes, the most recent visit I waited in my car for over 30 minutes. I would have been better off using the drive thru or driving to a different location. It appears the employees simply ignore curbside since both times my food was not bagged or ready when I asked for assistance.

Lunch starts at 1030am, at 1057am they were not able to serve me a burger. I was in the drive thru, didn't want breakfast so had to wait to drive thru and got nothing and would not take a lunch order ridiculous poor service

This place had terrible service. Literally waited over 20 mins for a cheeseburger and fries. I asked 3 different times about my order and nothing. I finally asked for a refund. The order wasn’t complicated and other people were receiving their food before me who had arrived after. Ridiculous.

Worker had a bad attitude was very rude had me park to the side to.wait for order over 10 mins and over 12 other cars left the drive thru can't believe my fries took any longer than those 12 other cars I have been to this location on a few occasions and have always had a bad experience driving a little further to another location from now on

A little shocked that this location is now lacking customer service skills. I usually never have an issue here, except for the long lines that sometimes take longer than any other location yet. However, the team we encountered this morning was not on point with squat! We waited for 5 people in line, which took about 15 to 20 minutes, after we waited for what seemed like forever for our food, we got it and it wasn't as fresh as expected. Breads of all kinds were hard and unsatisfying. The cashier was unresponsive on 2 questions. Very strange morning there at good old McDonald's! Step it up crew! I hate bashing mcd's but it's not cool eating some nasty food.

Please make sure you double check your order at this location. They are notorious for forgetting something. This time, an entire meal…

Besides that, the quality of food is what you expect from a McDonalds.

Set in the car line for fifteen minutes already trapped by the line but that was okay as I'm not in any hurry, person taking the order couldn't understand that I only wanted three single sandwiches and not the meal or anything to drink, finally was able to get my order understood and when I received the order they were all Canadian bacon and not sausage. I will not return or suggest ordering from this McDonald's location.
