McDonald's, Lancaster CA

They are not open to dine in. We came on a Friday night at 7: 30pm. And now is Sunday night at 7: 00 pm. Not open again.
What’s going on? There are lots of employees in there.

So annoying! The drive thru had 3 cars ahead of me (total) between the 2 lanes. I was in that line for 19 minutes for a cup of coffee. It was 4 in the afternoon.
Sadly, this location has one of the slowest drive-thru's in town.

I ordered a Large caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle 2 shots of expresso and 2 scoops of oreo cookie no whip and they made it just how I like it with no problems thank you Mickey d's

So I was informed tonight by an employee that unless you own a vehicle and are able to drive and use the drive-thru that you cannot be a customer at McDonald's anymore. And that unless you're a doordash delivery person you cannot go inside the restaurant. So apparently i my family and I can't eat at McDonald's anymore. I had to turn down the cashier's offer to do me a favor and just this one last time allow me to order food inside because he told me it would take an excess of 45 minutes at minimum to get my order should I decide to take him up on his favor. Yeah I don't think so sir. What is going on with McDonald's?

Horrible girl in the drive thru. I asked her whY was on a deluxe Chrispy Chicken
Sandwich, she said" I don't know, I don't be working in the kitchen. " So I ordered a Big Mac Meal and she would not explain how 1 big Mac meal was $17.70. She didn't even look at IT! I drove away and eat the food.

This is by far the worst McDonald's ever. They take forever to even get your order. They talk to you then make you wait and it sounds like they are Messing around in there and forget about you.

Slowest McDonald's in the Antelope Valley maybe the world. Waited in drive thru for nearly 45 minutes. When I got to the window after being in line for almost 30 minutes I was told the McNuggets weren't ready. I ordered them 30 minutes ago. Did they have to kill the chicken first. People in line were really upset. Line was extremely long when I finally got my food and left. The only reason I go to McDonald's period is because my grandson likes their dbl quarter pounders.

Fast food and excellent service. Never had an issue and the workers was incredible kind and helped me use a coupon on the McDonald's mobile app. Would highly recommend if you want something quick for your family. McDonald's has always been a staple in children's meals

This McDonalds is horrible. I usually come everyday for some coffee but in the last few months it has become a waiting center. They are always understaffed and it usually takes about 10-15 for the drive thru. Last time I went in to the restaurant they had the same guy from the drive thru window taking orders in the front. This location needs to get better management.

The drive through is Always nightmare. Slow and long line. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE INSIDE. IM TALKING ABOUT MC Donald on Ave L 30th w. Lancaster is the worst MD in the Av

Absolutely terrible waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru, when ordering they left for ten minutes and I ended up not being able to order because nobody was answering

I was there today the line (drive through) was extremely long and not moving, so I decided to go inside.
I used the kiosk then paid I wait 30 min inside for my order. I felt so bad for the staff there were only four people working. Bernadine was very polite and made my order when I finally went up to her to question my order. Please give them a break, no one is there to help with the work and they where all trying their best.

The cashier working the drive thru was very efficient and courteous.she also showed patience while we were deciding what to order.employee deserves a raise in pay dealing with us numerous times canceling order after order.thank you for your tolerance as well:)

Most of the staff here are teenagers and might be their first job. They are always hustling and busting orders! They are courteous to everyone!
I feel the CUSTOMERS need better training on how to treat others. The McDs App works fine at this location. App does not take priority over drive thru or walk ins. Keep in mind meals are made when they receive the orders.
Here im waiting although it’s nobody inside. However the drive thru is packed! So, I choose to wait patiently. Don’t trigger them as you wait. That messes up the flow for EVERYBODY. It’s an honestly not an easy job and hardly self for filling when customers cursing

Usually very busy place, but also usually decently fast service. There food is okay, except the fries, which thanks to the McDonald's app was only $1 for a large. If you get the phone app you can save a lot of money. They have coupons plus spending rewards. Frankly if you're not using the app you are really losing out. They also have all sizes of soft drinks for only $1 still.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and got a messed up order. I was so angry I didn't even go back in, I was late for work.

Nasty food. Way, way overpriced. Would prefer 0 stars as there is nothing to warrant that 1 star provided. It’s not good, the service is poor, the interior is disgustingly dirty. No wonder I never eat here. It was my daughter’s interest in the milk shakes that drove me here. Never again. I just don’t know how this place stays in business. If at least one thing was even remotely decent, then I could understand. But who would ever return?

The restaurant I'm talking about is located at Palmdale Blvd. I hope the health department visits this place cuz it's dirty from bottom to the top, 13 tables whit left over, floor and windows looks haven't being clean for days fingers prints everywhere and I try to use the restroom and I had to walk away a soon I open the door smell was so stinky I believe this happens cuz is a franchise sorry for the company
