Twice I ordered food from this disgusting branch and get it raw, the staff is very rude they laugh because the food is raw, #USDA
Drive through only. They got my order wrong, didn't want to wait behind 20 cars to get it resolved.
Do you like McDonald's? This is a McDonald's. The food was the same McDonald's food that you will find everywhere else around this great country called the US of A. The only thing that disappointed me was this McDonald's lack of mayonnaise packets. I was shocked, to say the least, when they told me that they did not have mayo packets. But they gave me a little cup of mayonnaise, so I guess everything worked out in the end.
We stop through the drive thru and the cashier was kind but the food was horrible. The hash brown tasted and looked like it was soaked in oil and the read on the english muffin was not toasted. It was a waste of everything and a tremendous disappointment. I even only stopped because the arches were such a old school reminder. Now disappointment.
It's McDonald's what do you expect place was dirty the kids don't want to work food was mediocre the order was not right it's always the same at McDonald's you know this
I'm true blue. Even when I order iced tea, but I take a sip, and it's sweet tea, and I almost gag from surprise and sickening sweetness, but then I give it back and let them know it was supposed to be an iced tea, so they take it and bring me a fresh cup, and I leave, satisfied, only to get down the road and take another sip and discover all over again that they gave me another sweet tea. I STILL love the McNonas.
I rarely go to ANY McDs and get what I ordered cause they ALWAYS get my order WRONG, but this time, they got it right, maybe because I only ordered a coffee and a hot apple pie!
Some employee are rude, don't help n ack snotty like they don't need to help. Some help are nice friendly polite n always have a smile n ask how u are doing
Don't go here. Service is horrible. Remodel didn't improve anything about this location. There is a taco bell next door go there. With so many choices in banning don't give this McDonald's your hard earned cash.
They charge for water ($1.86) They're still not open for regular business, take out only. California has been open for like 6 or 8 weeks now, but not this place. No access to bathrooms. Plus, manager/assistant manager absolutely project a "IDGAF" attitude.
Taking too Long take orders at drive-thru, need more improvements fast taking orders more efficient, maybe it was a customer was taking too long in their orders
Was craving a filet o fish combo meal, and was definitely satisfied afterwards! It was exactly what I expected! And fries were HOT.
