McDonald's, Northridge CA

I ordered two Mcchickens and in return I got chicken patty thrown in between burnt buns. Never coming back to this location.

I love Mc Donald's but I don't know how long they had the Buns out side in the sun. I there for for 15 and no one was there to watch them.

Very fast for the amount of cars; the speaker was very hard to understand the employee. But food was fresh, and employees are very sweet.

Clean Restaurant, Clean Restrooms, Friendly Staff. Hot The Deluxe Breakfast, Eggs, Hashbrowns, Bacon, Hot Cakes, English Muffin. All Good

Fries were clearly old, nuggets were cold and not crispy. Burgers were dry. It was obvious that the food had been sitting around for a long time. Really gross.

One of the worst locations ever. Horrible customer service. They always mess up orders and management is god awful.

Teach your staff they can't charge for water as a restaurant. You literally got into a lawsuit for this less than a decade ago. If I noticed on my receipt I was being charged for water I would definitely fight it, at least give bottled only if you're going to charge so I'm not paying money to drink piss water. Thanks

They will make you pull forward and wait up to 30 minutes if you order more than two items. A cup of water is also the same price as a soda at this location.

Wow! Honestly, it was one of the best meals of my life here. The experience from start to finish was lovely.

I try to not go to McDonald's to often but when i do i try and swing by this one even tho its a bit out of the way they ushally get it wright excluding the forgotten sauce here or there but a quick check or asking for a few extra is not hard at all the staff are friendly even at the odd hrs i come and ive never had to wheght to long i dont know what else to say definitely better than the other 2 near me and get the order right

Ordered three deluxe breakfast to eat at the park and they didn't give me any forks jelly or salt and only three napkins and she still had the nerve to say everything is the the bag

Ordered on the app, and they gave me my meal with promptness within a short amount of minutes. Great service and no errors on my order.

Awful service told to wait 8min for two salads. It took 20 min! Then the employee started to laugh when I told them why it took so long. Called the ignorant so called manager who was no help! Go to Wendy's instead

The food was fresh and hot. The place was clean. But the service was excellent. The girl who took our order was smiling and pleasant. When we went to get our drinks they were out of ice. Another employee noticed and ran back and got us a large cup of ice. Then when our food was ready it was brought to us by the same friendly girl who took our order.

They seem to always get my order wrong. Do not go there late night. Was there tonight they made me wait in the mobile pick up lane. 10 minutes later went in still had not finished. Was so angry I took my order and when I got home there were no fries in the bag.

1/4 pound was not hot like commercial promissed. Nice employees, but took to long to get order togo completed. No line inside either. The automobiles got served 1st. Even though I was there 1st. Will try again, however, I'll be sure to check the order before I leave.

The mgr wearing a pink shirt was rude this us for the McDonald's inside Wal-Mart in Northridge. He doesbt know what kind of sauce he has for nuggets. Then he serves 3 customers that came after me. + he serves cold hard nuggets that been in the warmer 4ever

They forgot my order and when I asked about it, the manager was rude. I just asked for my money back and left. The quality of the people they employ is deteriorating.

Waited 20 mins for 2 sandwiches and fries at 1 in the morning. After sitting in the pick up area i called and claimed the food had been cooking.but they served several others? Poor service.
