McDonald's, Pacifica CA

What can be said? McD is McD. We are not regular customers, but it's a go to place when we want a quick small snack. We enjoy their occasionally after dinner elsewhere. Prices, a every where else has gone up. But, so have the salaries for their employees, which is a good thing.

I absolutely loved that particular McDonald's location because it was very quiet, very peaceful, and very much ran in a very good and orderly manner!
And, of course, the food there was absolutely delicious too, as usual!?

Just went in for a quick snack during the week long line other than that it wasn't too bad foods always good at this one so if you need a quick snack I suggested you try it

The staff at this location all seem very nice. They forget items a few times but are apologetic and will take down your info so you can come back for the item you purchased but never recieved.

The Gourmand association should award this place a Star for consistent qaulity food. Loving it

They have wifi and outlets and the place was super clean. It was absolutely freezing inside though!

I only had a coffee so it didn't matter but I imagine if you had food inside it would be very cold very fast.

THe manager at this franchise location handed the poor new hire the wrong order to bring us TWICE. Had my partner not gone inside to assure there was not a 3rd time, the manager would have handed the young man THE SAME EXACT ITEMS as he tried to bring us twice already and yelled at him.the order was correct except for 1 things after the 3rd swing.again, the shift managers error.but doubly so. After she was reminded of the ice coffee included in the order, she slammed down a hot coffee, with cream, missing 2 sugars and no ice.we just cut out losses and left.fresh food, clean establishment, nice employees, tho it was odd seeing the the only white employee being yelled at & spoken to dismissively, repeatedly.

Great fast food restaurant. Staff very kind, friendly and provided efficient service. When we asked for a refill of tea, he provided me with a fresh new container of iced tea instead of just refilling the empty container. Place clean including restroom and not crowded. They also offer a curbside pick up.

We don't go there that often and usually late, like after 9pm. Unfortunately they have a tendency to forget items so always check before you leave the drive through window. Service is not very courteous but the job isn't very good so I can sort of understand but still it's part of the job. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich but it was far from deluxe. It was more like rubber. Should have got a Big Mac or chicken nuggets like my son since they were good as to be expected but they forgot the requested bbq sauce. Didn't even bother to include napkins. Perhaps you need to ask. McD flavor cravings are unique and is why we go back here. Also it's close to home. Just need to be mindful of what to expect and to check the bag.

Stopped for a quick afternoon snack; walked inside. No one at order register, eventually they took our order. Nearly 15 min wait for french fries. Seems staff shortage is hurting them, but NO apologies were given to any customers. We ate inside.

Drive-thru service was very welcoming, they got us through quickly; accuracy was on point and food was very good in comparison to other McD's.

Food was good but I ordered a Sunday and it was seating on the tray withing for the rest of my order. Sunday was melted and the manager gave me attitude when I requested a new one. Ladies room was dirty.

Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonald's, but wanted to say this particular one in Pacifica has the nicest and friendliest people working there. We ate there five days in a row due to convenience. Each time, we used drive thru. It was busy, but everyone smiled and greeted us kindly, which is rare these days after the pandemic.

I'm here visiting an I would never come here again The Mgr an woman who work are very rude an the whole time I was here I watched them talk, laugh, an ignore customers. Very up setting they constantly talked to each other in their language Senior people were made to wait an if you tried to talk to them they made you wait till they would finally turn around, no masks on any of them no plastic shields very upsetting. Please correct these people they need to trained in Customer Service I rate them 2.

Nice little neighborhood place that's away from the main traffic flow. I always get my food fast versus other McDonald's locations.

Went through the drive through and the staff was friendly and fast. But the quality is lacking. Exactly how much do you not care anymore when you serve a Big Mac like this?

I’m trying to rate the Linda Mar one not the Pacific Manor one. The Pacific Manor one is like Nordstrom where the Linda mar one is Goodwill. Do your machines EVER work LM? At least the people at both places are very nice, so 5 star both of them for friendliness please.
