McDonald's, Big Bear Lake CA

Few choices for a quick burger, these guys are pretty good. They don't participate in the Company Specials and discounts, tho.

Came to this location in the evening.
Good Lord this place was a dumpster fire. The staff was nasty with us, the order taker was so impatient and wouldn't let us take a second to discuss our order. She was insanely rude when we got to the window to pay too.
The food was a definite reminder of why I don't eat at McDonald's, but this location was the pinnacle of horrible tasting food.
The fries were stale, and my wife got the McRib, and for some reason they put a totally different bun on it than normal? Forreal?
Quarter pounder had no lettuce and neither did my kids cheese burgers.
Seriously, Carl's Jr was right up the street. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Never get orders right Ice cream machine is always broken.managers are the worst in the Industry they won't take your order and force you to use the kiosk.don't do any of the deals that McDonald's advertises.

Clean, friendly, but was asked to use the Kiosk. I just was wanting to be Social that day.

They get the suaces wrong occasionally, and their nuggets aren't as fresh/crispy as other top Micky D's. Still pretty good ️

Walked into the restaurant and stood there unacknowledged for 10 minutes with a coworker before asking the customer how long they'd been waiting. The customer stated "5 minutes". So total 15 minutes. I then yelled "hey is anyone going to take orders" and the manager walked around the corner and said "you can use the kiosk" when I was paying with cash. I will never being going there again. This is not the first time they have done this. I am furious with the way they run their customer service. They should be ashamed with how their employees treat their customers.

Really poor service. The guys are rude and bad mannered. They do not know how to handle mobile app orders. Tried to charge me for payment already made through app.

Clean, no crowds for lunch. Why? A tourist trap. Locals don't eat there because it's not McDonald's nornal pricing. Small coke 1.99. Down the hill. 99 large coke. Lunch for two 20 bucks.

I honestly feel bad for mc Donald's.their food is unfit for humans and so is their staff. Shut them all down.

This MacDonald restaurant has the most expensive regular coffee, actually cost More than Starbucks, Iarge coffee

I went through the drive thru for lunch. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with no onion and no pickles. The employee even double checked at the window if it was special and I repeated no onions no picks… I got onions and pickles: (I ordered at the speaker 2 ranch dressing so they can charge me if they wanted, no ranch in the bag. I tried to call the employee back over but I was ignored until I left. For my drink, I ordered half sweet tea and half regular tea… I got all regular tea. On top of that, the fries tasted very old like they were microwaved (I know they were not but they tasted like it)

Ok I don’t usually post reviews good or bad! Just don’t have the time to mess with it. But this place is SO BAD a 1 star is TOO MANY! First over thirty minutes in line… At McDonalds REALLY? !? !? Guess that’s why ALL of my food was cold! 1 Hot n Spicy, Large Fries a Coke and two apple pies. Yes 30 minutes in line! Cold food and I ORDERED strawberry cream pies! This is even an ALL TIME LOW FOR MCDONALDS!

Terrible service. Won't even give you ketchup. Doesn't matter how long you stand there making doe eyes at them. They just ignore you because they are "too busy". It's McDonald's! It shouldn't be hard to get the things you need to enjoy your meal

Got in line inside.stood for about 5 minutes waiting to be served, then one of the cashiers said "Sorry, you'll have to use the kiosk. " I said forget it. I'll go to Jack in the Box.and I did. Great service there!

Big bear mc Donald's is different.
Taste and looks different. Plus the service is horrible the guy at the register was so rude.

Dirty, urinal full of pee, current workers cant handle the volume of customers, worker yelling at cooks. I don't blame the workers. I blame management.

This is the only macdonalds I've ever been to that won't let you get the 2 sausage mic-muffins with egg combo. On the drive though menu it says it will be back soon but they haven't aloud you to for well over a year now. For a franchise buisness this is absolute money grabe by whoever owns this location. It's an extra 4$ more than what the menus says it should be.

This particular location is very expensive. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is very dry especially the nuggets. The drive-thru causes daily problems on the Blvd.
