McDonald's, National City CA

No receipt with my order. Under cooked and raw chicken. Bathrooms smell really bad of sewer. I will never come here again

Your average McDonald’s they didn’t recheck my order: (so I got a wrong item. Also they gave me a drink in the drive through and almost took it back in. COVID is a thing!

Order a Fiet-O-Fish meal because I’m craving for fries, got home and look forward the fries but there’s nothing in my bag, and the fish filet seems like it’s been cooked for days, so dry and hard. What a waste of my time in the drive thru, never again in that branch

People, STOP going to this McDonald's! Their service is terrible, they are rude to customers and won't pick up the phone to talk about it. Go to the other better McDonald's down the road.

Best fries.although some of the shakes and smoothies are not on the menu.they have been out. Hope they have them next time I visit.

McDonald App pickup literally took 35 minutes to complete. Woulda been faster through the drive-thru what a waste of time. Not to mention the app lets you order stuff they don't have and they can't reimburse you or cancel the app order once you check in!

What did I order that they didn't have you ask? 3 McFlurries lol. So all that time and I couldn't get half my order. They replaced the McFlurries with shakes. Totally not the same thing. If I wanted shakes I would go to Sonics or In N Out. Oof!

Fries were all over in the bag. Kind of cold. Person giving food was rude and wasnt interactive with customer (me). She gave me the food and said its all there, without repeating order. Very dismissive.

Horrible lady at the drive keep repeating my order wrong.fries cold by the time we got our food guys charging outstanding he pass 3 car before me.when I only order 3 mocha Fraps, combo 5, and pumpkin cold drink ahhh and a big Mac no cheese.

Write it to the window they have all my stuff ready for me with the ketchup the napkins everything I didn't even have to ask for nothing they had it all good job Mickey D's

TODAY I SEND MY WIFE SHE BOUGHT 3 MCDOUBLES AND 10pc chicken nuggets WELL I WAS MISSING A MCDOUBLE AND A NUGET I TRY TO CONFRONT THE MANAGER BUT I KNOW SHE WAS NOT THE MANAGER COUSE I DID NOT GET A NAME. SHE WAS RUDE INCOMPETENT I TEALLY WANT THE OWNER TO SEE THIS MESSAGE AND TELL HIM TO BETTER THE SERVICE AND REALLY WAS AWFUL I DID NOT GET KETCHUP OR THE BBQ SAUCE. IT WAS REALLY BAD IT RUINED MY DINNER SO PLEASE I GOT SOMETHING TO TEST TO ALL YOU WORKERS IF YOU DONT LIKE WHAT YOU DO I SUGGEST TO FIND ANOTHER JOB AND GIVE THE JOB TO SOMEBODY WHO REALLY NEEDS IT

Fries 4th time they gave me old and they make u hurry to get there order fast the fries aren't the mu ch soft and needs a little more salt on fries

They got our order wrong. Then we said something, and were talking about us right there in front of us. About how they repeated the order an still WE had it wrong. No very professional.

This place is disgustingly dirty it smells it's foul while I was there the dining room is closed still and they turned a 90-year-old lady away and told her the bathroom was not open to the public when she was using a walker to get all the way inside with assistance from her grandchildren and was turned away I'll never eat there again you should avoid this place like the plague

SCAM
I only buy happy meal for my daughter because she wanted a Luca's Happy meal, even they have an Ad at the window and they never tell you that they don't have it. 15 minutes of wait for this and the girl that I ask about the Luca's Happy Meal was too rude. Disappointed

This place is definitely a bit busier than usual places. They are currently going through some updates with there ordering systems, ice machines and ice cream machines.

Like what is the relationship between having the bathroom open and covid. Went inside to order some lattee and I need to go restroom. Bathroom is not open due to covid. U can order food inside, obviously maybe to be able to dine but restroom closed. Make no sense. Well I left I did not buy anything.

Went through the drive through for a caramel frapp and we were told the machine wasn't done, asked for milk shake same thing so drove through and went somewhere else.

As usual, they didn't quite get our order right. They up-graded my order of one McMuffin egg n cheese to the special for a $1.50 more. At least they didn't forget anything or send us to the middle of the parking lot this time.

Masks are off already open your bathrooms! Absolutely disappointing!
Free refills but no bathrooms have a great day never ever coming back and I go to the Carwash across the street 4 times a week. Sad

Omg had to go through the drive thru which I hate, long wait and my filet fish sandwich was cold, awful will never go back.
