Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
20Quick efficient, had a $10 gift card, got all Mcdoubles. Got 6 had to pay $1.64 not bad at all
There was the option to dine in when I placed the order on their order screen but. This was not true. They blocked off all seating. Made it very difficult to eat and enjoy my food while having to climb San Francisco's hills. Snacked on my fries and never made it to my sandwich. It was cold by the time I got home and I was to scared to choke while gasping for air to eat that too. I would have been disappointed if the option to dine in wasn't there. Just saying because I was having one of those days and ordered like I was about to get down! Or so I thought. Got the Big Mack meal (large) and a caramel Sunday with extra caramel and 2 hot apple pies. Stupid Covid! Well. That's all folks.
I also have to say the service of the store was really good and that the store was very clean considering San Francisco is dirty the only suggestion I have for the cashier or slash manager is that when someone asked for sauce and they're out please let them know they're out instead of not just putting something in the bag other than that everything was great
This particular location has kiosks that you can place your order and pay at. I noticed that the one i was using was charging me 2 times for the bag. I then had the manager come look and i showed her in all of the possible waysto prove it and she just kept trying to say no it was tax or it was the bag fee. But really i think she completely knew and understood what i showed her, because i then said to her "ok so yall are stealing money and you know it. Ok. " & she agreed with me then turned and went back to where she came over to me from. Smh. Ill NEVER go there again.
I ordered 3 drinks, 2 sweet teas and a sprite. When my # was called I was handed 3 cups. Tea's ate made behind the counter. So had to go back up to the counter and explain I ordered teas. Then when I went to make the Sprite the machine didn't work for Sprite, so I had to wait for the other one, just to find out the syrup was low or out and it tasted like poo. Ended up with a Coke. I tried to explain to an employee cleaning the counter that the Sprite was out, she looked confused. I left.
They keep it clean for downtown SF. Was on top of sanitation during lockdowns. Easy to use contactless ordering. Gets kinda busy around lunchtime.
(I like McDonald's a lot so my rating is biased.) ¯_ (ツ) _/¯
Food was great and staff was amazing. Ordered at the kiosk so eliminating any stand in line routine, except for picking up the food. Wait was pretty quick though so I didn't mind.
I have the McDona3lds mobile app, and it has several offers for discounted items. I wanted to get large fries and the offer was for $1.00. I went to this location because it was within walking distance from where I was. Walking in, I noticed a bad smell, maybe coming from the drains. Currently, there isn't any indoor dining at this location, and my guess is that one of the reasons is due to the smell. If you're able to get past the smell, and still have an appetite, then you can enjoy some McDonald's. I ordered the fries, but after I received the receipt, I noticed that I was charged $0.25 for a bag. I'm not upset at the price of the bag, but I'm upset that she didn't even bother to ask if I even wanted a bag. She assumed that I needed a bag, and charged me without even telling me. That coupled with the smell really turned me off of this specific McDonald's location. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Well I think this must be the worst McDonald's on planet earth. The staff were unconcerned with what needed to be done. Manager Alex wasn't any help nor did she show any signs of self or crew motivation. They need help. BAD!
Extremely busy nights doordash ubereatw snd postmates workers crowd thenoutside like hungry rampid dogs fighting for a meal.i could barely get passt the people at front door.you can only go inside to pick up a premade order or to place one and still its 6 people most in lobby at a time hence all the delivery people outfront, lol its quiete funny anl>⁸8⁸9to say the least the pandemic has really changed our society of! _! Awesome service with my mobile order in-store pick up. They were quick friendly as well as polite and efficient. Great restaurant Awesome location and 5star service!
Always liked this location, which is accessable from Union Square, Financial, CaliCableCar line. Can't eat there anymore. But using the ordering machine was detailed and specific and enough to make it enjoyable. Then you just take the receipt up and get your number called for your perfectly prepared order. The prices, if you didn't already know, have skyrocketed. When you leave go right then right again down those? Brick steps and there are tables to eat at behind the Apple store.
The Grand Mac is most probably the greatest thing ever.its a bigger BigMac! MacDonalds fries are strips of potatoe heaven dipped in peanut oil. And I will do you for an oreo McClure. Fair?
Juan Ordonez is a amazing. He makes sure each and every customer feels welcome and takes the time to ask all of us to complete the survey requested on our receipts. At a fast food restaurant right near Union Square SF, the service he provides is not that common.
This fast food place stays open pretty late and has contactless ordering.
If you're going to ask pickup orders to stay outside then tell that to the useless man who didn't even open the door for me. And make signage
A little slow taking orders, but my visit to this McDonalds was right before they closed at around one in the morning with a group of stoners in front of me that were having a hard time ordering and counting their money. After that, they handled the orders quite quickly and I was walking out within a few minutes after ordering. Very friendly too, at that hour with annoying clients, I was impressed.
The cashiers have a hard time hearing the order correctly. I suggest using the kiosk with social distancing in mind of course
The woman at the front door was extremely rude; even asking customers did they have money.
Customers had a hard time figuring out where to go and which line to enter.
My order was wrong and place was dirty.
One of the cleanest McDs in the city. They even have at all times a doorman which is great, that way they control occupancy inside and they open the door for us upon entering and leaving. The team is generally very nice here too.
Clean space, well-maintained. There's someone who opens the door for you, as not to touch the handle. Before the pandemic, there were four kiosks located near the front to make ordering easy and super convenient. Now they have two turned on for social distancing. The staff seem to always be working hard and even still, remain friendly. The food I get is typically the same order every time, and consistently comes out good.
