If you want to be sure that your McFlurry will be mixed, please ask for it mixed. Sometimes people get frustrated or even angry that their McFlurry gets stirred. I assume this is because it causes the m&m coating color to come off and mix into the ice cream, making it look messy, or because it adds a trivial step on top of all the things an employee already has to do for people's orders, so it can make things take longer. So on a busy day, it may not be worth it to use the stirring machine unless the customer specifically wants it that way.

This is got to be one of the worst McDonald here. Not only are the employees rude, so are the management. I ordered multiple times here, they not only have gotten various orders wrong, they also have gotten my drink wrong. I would usually not take time to post review unless it's meaningful.

While picking up my thank you meal for today, they refused me a drink of "any size" which was stated on the advertisement and was given to me by all other McDonald's on the other days. Not only that, they then are telling me I am wrong. When I asked the employee to make sure and clarify w manager, she didn't even budge to move or try to clarify, all she said was she already consulted and that was final.

The line here is long in person and via drive through. Through the 6-7 years I been to the McDonald, it's only because by proximity and convenience.

Since then I actually been here another 5-6 times I realize it's only that one same woman that gives everyone attitude; she is the one who wears blue shirt and maroon scarf and works morning shift; blonde highlights and speaks Spanish, seems like she is on higher management bc of the blue but idk? But if she is higher management wow.the attitude every time I go there is about beyond anything I've seen at a McDonald's.

Do not recommend. Don't go here if you have a choice.

Because of we wanted to try to our boy Edison to eat some chicken so we went to McDonald's. We ordered the Chicken Mcnuggets. Mcnuggets were chicken breast. Edison is finicky on food in these days but he ate some along the FF.

HORRIBLE customer service my order was Incomplete, i called to tell the person who answered who was very RUDE and didnt help much, once I asked for his name he didn't answer and hanged up and kept decline my others calls 7/17/21 time: 11: 52 pm -11: 56 pm

While one can order at the counter here and use the restroom, as of Monday July 19th, 2021 there is no indoor dining and face masks are required while inside this location.

Anna is the Best Mgr. And prices are Great! New Mgr I met Ashley following in the footsteps of Anna for Greatness. That I s the only McDonald's I visit.

My whole order was wrong and absolutely unsatisfactory. I ordered an apple pie, received a strawberry abs cream pie in an APPLE PIE BOX! My chicken breast in my sandwich was completely burned and seemed as though it was cooked earlier and re-cooked again at the time of my order (which was probably the case because it was late in the night where not many customers were awake and ordering food. The fries were cold, rubber texture and an over abundance of salt. Absolutely disgusting.

Overall employees are very nice, especially that one guy at the drive through (he usually closes at 0200) though, there is a lady there who is rude. Went inside and asked for an order for another person (delivery, not mobile order) and she sounded like she was chewing me out for saying mobile order. Forgive me if I was wrong but she could have been a little more diplomatic about it. Friendly and helpful employees like that drive through guy make up for the lack of a better at this place.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's drive thru in history. The night shift staff should all be fired. Slowest drive thru in all of Los Angeles. Maybe even earth.

McDonald's no longer sells salads and while I understand there's a pandemic they have still managed ways around making burgers and all the unhealthy stuff still which still requires them to touch it with their hands but they use gloves which can be done with the salads as well. Lame.

Crew was very nice, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about doing a good job at work. Can't complain about a single thing, other than maybe the equipment they have to work with, or work against I should say. Drive thru operator clearly had trouble hearing customers, but never showed an ounce of frustration.

Stop by every morning almost to get breakfast The breakfast platter or if not I get the two for $4.50sausage egg McMuffins sometimes I'll just share with one of my coworkers can't forget the coffee

It's mcdonald's.nothing much has changed in the last 20 years.hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, shakes.you know the menu. You get what you pay for.

They consistently don’t mix up my McFlurry. After a long day of failure in lab this is the last thing I wanna deal with.

Terrible COSTUMER'S service I ordered two big Mac's and TWO fries with a large sweet tea they forgot to give me my drink they gave me one order of fries no napkins no ketchup like really

I don't quite remember the exact aesthetics prior to its renovation but this location looks modern on the inside. The location is smaller compared to some of the newer location but there's a drive thru, indoor seating and an indoor counter to serve you. The staff here is friendly and quick on the orders.

Worst service! The manager is rude and lazy if u work customer service and u dont like it THEN DONT DO IT stop being lazy and offer pleasure to the customer!

Horrible service. The staff must have come from the bottom of the barrel. I understand being busy but what I dont get is being stupid.
