McDonald's, Lancaster CA

One of the best locations especially in the AV. I grew up going to this one and never had issues. They always make my son's cheeseburgers plain just how he likes them. He has Autism so he is very particular and is obsessed with McDonald's.

Little hack I learned.change the order a bit like "no pickles or onions" "no salt on burger" then they have to make it fresh.

You all were mean to me when I worked there and I gave y'all three chances. I last worked Palmdale, Ca Avenue S. I left there in tears.

Your HR person I wish I could slap her personally, but I'm a nice person.and some girl namedNancy. Martin just watched, he didn't step in like a real manager.

Drive thru

Experience was good and so was the food but in all honesty if you've eaten at one McDonald's you've eaten at them all basically. The staff were nice and polite.

My order took a very long time 2 get. & all it was was a mcdouble no pickles & a large coke no ice. 49 min later I finally got my food. There were many angry people comin in from drive thru bringin back their orders as well sayin they were wrong! It was a very bad day @ this store 4 them. Crazy.

My fries were excellent, but my Fish sandwich not so much.i arrived at my home in about 6 mins and noticed that the fish was half way on the bun! So I basically tore up the sandwich to make the the ratio better. Employees of Mickey D's would sandwich had been that way? SERIOUSLY

They didn't give me my complete order and i was on the freeway to los angeles for a dodgers game so i couldn't go back to let then now i was missing a fish sandwich and some chicken nuggets

For the most part, this is just like any other McDonald's. The one thing my family has told me over the last few times we bought food thereis, the soft drinks are terrible! It almost tastes like they put tea in them. They don't taste like what you ordered.

Avoid this location at all costs if you want a hot, fresh, correct order. I will never go here again. Ave I location is much better.

I would give zero stars if could, delivery drivers beware they are always slow to get your order, don't even acknowledge your presence for 5-10 minutes after arrivale, completely pathetic

Food was hot and as my granddaughter say delicious not to mention the customer service he came to my table to ask me how was service including the food love it

Best Mc Donald's in the Antelope Valley! Employees are always courteous and friendly, orders are always filled correctly too. U really like coming here with my family!

One star for the manager Maria (no name tag) said she couldn’t see when I showed her my order on my phone……. How does she work without been able to see.

I love McDonald's, but this location is not the best. I try not to go here often, but I have been here maybe 10 times over the last 5 years, and have had issues here every visit, like cold greasy limp fries multiple times, icecream machine down multiple times, burgers that seem to have been just sitting out, and a couple times the cash registers were down, and they ripped me off with the change. Not sure if the kids were thieves or just have no math skills, but the manager gave me grief over it, and the process of complaining was not worth the few bucks.

This Mickey Ds added a second drive thru and it is completely fooling the workers. I was offered 2 other customers food orders.

The staff were nice and friendly. My cheese burger was ok but the french fries were stale. Next time, I will ask for fresh fries out thr grease.

This is tha worse place to buy food on your lunch break… they took 40 min for 3 chocolate cookies. And this is my third time, they don’t know what the hall they’re doing. The one Spanish lady manger and the Spanish men with glasses don’t know what the hall their doing so rude unprofessional, unpleasant they just doing their horrible job as management very sad
