McDonald's, San Francisco CA

I just called McDonald's on Market St.and the manager does not speak English. She hung up on me because she didn't know how to answer a simple question. This is unacceptable!

My toddler was whining while we were waiting for our order and they gave him an extra toy for free! A+ service, thank you!

Not great place. Customer service really poor. I believe between the cost on the app and the actual charges are not right. Also noticed 2 tax being charged 1 at 8.5% the other at 8.6%

Always perfect service, no matter what time of day. This McDonald's also closes at 1am. Very convenient location. My go to MCD's

Expectation aren't to high when I go to fast food as long as my order is correcting I receive it in a timely manner I'm content.

Longest line ever. Did an online order and had to wait longer than others that ordered inside. Plus got my order wrong about 3 times

Organized, clean, alot of pick up orders, (Door dash, Uber, Postmates) so just stay to leftside line and order, pay, and wait 3-4 minutes, they'll call your#, ask if you want anything else, always helpful, solid management, I go back almost every night after my security officer gig, and around midnight it's always very busy, but within 5 minutes i.m out the door, super hot and fresh, always very happy with service!

The Food Was Fresh, and the Customer Service was Prompt and Polite but because of the Covid-19 Restrictions there was no lobby open so we couldn't eat in the restaurant. At least there were portable toilets. So we ate outside across the way. It was a cool little spot to sit. Got my Grubb on and the pigeons ate about 1/4 of my meal.

Great place for a McDonald's! Little pricey but everything comes freshly made and hot right from the grill. Never had a bad experience here since they replaced the staff. Homeless are not welcome here according to previous staff! Great place for a quick bite

They do their best despite how busy it is late night with all the crazy people in the front of the store late night and a craziness they have to put up with between being super busy and having super insane customers sometimes just insane loitering lol transients LOL that don't have no intention on buying even in McFlurry let alone are they looking hygienic enough to be opening up the door for people if it makes me a customer want to throw up feel sorry for this staff that has learned to accept what they cannot control! ¡!

It may seem a little shady with the homeless that pile up in front but it's a cool place to stop in for a burger, or waffle cone soft serve ice cream, I find myself there a couple of times a week so go check it out, it's worth the trip.

I really feel like McDonald's needs to step their game up. They've taken away the value menu. Which leaves eating there when you have little but change not an option.

Something I didn't know that they had. Used to go to this location for years and stopped going for a few years. Looks like I'm going back and hopefully for a few years. At first.

I made an order using uber eats got my food and saw I did not recieve my fries. I tried to call, but they would not answer there phone.

Sadly the pandemic caused less people around downtown SF but this is a good thing if you enjoy breakfast at Mc D's. No line or wait. I have gone there many times lately.

It's okay to pay attention to me. He likes that they are fast thanks to the workers and cashiers and those in the kitchen follow.so thanks for your attention I like coffee
