McDonald's, Port Hueneme CA

Hit or miss at this one and they charge more fpr the same items than the McDonald's about 7 minutes away. What's up with that?

This is one of the best locations in Oxnard, this place is always clean, restrooms available for everyone, employees are very friendly and they give fast and good service, the food tastes the way has to be, very incredible the quick they give every single order. The new management is doing a great job. Nice>>>>> keep it up
They finally fixed the speakers

Every time I come here they take forever and 9 times out if 10 they screw something up with my order. They never offer ketchup from the drive through. Today they messed up my caramel frappe I asked them to fix it and they gave me another one that was just ice. You couldn't drink it. Never going back to this McDonald's.

Closed from 12 midnight until 5 in the morning, that's not 24hrs. The medium fry is $3.59 which is 3x the national franchise average of $1.69, A $2 coffee is $4.50, and its not even 24hrs as they keep affirming. The real unfortunate thing is there is no option for negative stars, considering they continue to lie to Google about thier hours.

This place is very busy so there was a bit of a wait. Wife said they used to heat the blueberry muffins but don't anymore. Sausage Macmuffin 2 for 4.50 deal, delicious.

Is on of our go to relax places. An amazing place to enjoy whether to go hike, just for a walk admiring the beautiful gardens, the fruit trees, or a picnic.

Meh. You know normally its pretty good. However this is the second time that they have messed up my order. So I'm going to Jack n thebox from now on. My st definitely, maybe. Probably. We'll see.

This is the worst McDonalds every time I come here it’s a minimum of 30 minute wait in the drive through. Today I ordered two happy meals and of course by the time I got them the food was cold. I ordered a sprite and when I got home I realized it was water! Worst service!

This place does a great job with takeout and delivery orders. Always accurate and packaged really well. With all that’s going on, it’s nice to know that even fast food places care about customers.

Girl with glasses told my boyfriend and I that was waiting 40 mins we should have added something I added to begin with proceeded to have a problem with us snapping her hands and laughing honestly another man before our car snapped at her now I understand because she is really worth yelling at terribke terrible customer service. FIX YOUR HOURS. 24? Lol. What is the point of lying to ppl for months and paying for a night shift that sits inside and doesn't take orders? I can't fathom it

Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Drinks were cold and properly iced. Service was friendly, quick, and friendly. Drive-thru was clean.

Big Macs and Filet'o'Fish sandwiches are my faves! Their French fries with honey mustard sauce are delicious too. This restaurant on Channel Islands is very organized and the employees are friendly, efficient and professional. From ordering to pickup, the drive-thru time was about five minutes. My only complaint is that it can be confusing to people who are unfamiliar with this site which entrance to use (off Channel Islands) to access the two drive-thru lanes. Exiting is a little tricky too if you want to take Patterson Rd north or Channel Islands east (make a left once you exit the drive-thru while still in the parking lot and exit off Patterson Rd to access Channel Islands Blvd going east.

Over the past week I have eaten at this McDonald's many times. Here are three examples

For breakfast it was fine, I had an iced caramel coffee and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. I received a sausage egg and Cheese Mcmuffin but I like those so no biggie, ice caramel coffee lacked syrup.

In the afternoon when literally no orders were on the screen I ordered double cheese burgers and when I open the burger the piece of cheese isn't even on the burger.well the corner of it was. The rest was flopped on the outside.that and half the shredded onions are also not in the burger at all.more of a topping or decoration.

On the weekend in the evening I ordered two big macs. There was almost no sauce, and the lettuce was wilted. The patty was so dry because of lacking sauce and dry lettuce that I ended up tossing half a burger.its difficult to bring myself to get in a car and go to a different place to eat when this location is literally a 1 minute walk away but that will be better than constant disappointment at this time.

I would avoid this location at all costs.

I always like to wait a few days to see if I want to leave a review. I never do and the fact that I am, you know this is going to be all bad. AVOID AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. Took over 20minutes to get food inside. There was one person ahead of us and this rude lady asked us to use the kiosks. We kindly said no thank you and that we could wait. (We had a long order and their kiosks are so slow). She proceeds to huff and puff, walks over to the kiosk and forces the person in front of us (who also just wanted to just say their order to her) to put in the order through the kiosk. This person started telling her, in Spanish, he couldn’t use it so she starts doing it for him and then takes his cash and finishes up the order at HER machine UP FRONT. WHY DIDNT SHE JUST DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH. Why does she feel the need to force people to use something they don’t want to? The whole time she was stalling to help us next, she just stood around asking people what they were looking for? Like ma’m if they need your help they will ask you.lol anyway can you all believe SHE THEN ASKED US AGAIN TO USE THE KIOSK. This is when I was really bothered and asked her what was the issue about her taking our order? And she said because of covid she wants people to use the kiosk to order. Which I really thought was hilarious because ma’m, if you are that concerned why didn’t you wipe the kiosk down after use like the sign claims? Lol I was wearing a mask, I am vaccinated, and there was a clear plastic wall between me and her. This lady needs a talking to because she is always like this and I’m pretty sure the next person won’t be as nice as me. Until then, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

Simple order, Big Mac and10 piece Chicken McNuggets. I shouldhave checked the bag. The girl said bbq sauce and sweet and sour and then didn't put any in the bag. Thanks a lot!

Ordered 2 cheese burger meal and went large on the fries and drink. This is what I got! Soggy fries and meat was half way out of the bun.
McDonalds Corp. Will hear about this one! I will never go back to this place again!

Not like it once was, the meals are smaller and the price went up 200% in the past 10 years or so, dont really care for the new buns, the old ones were way better, the fries are still the best but they charge way too much for so little, the large is there old medium, for over $4 sometimes it's just not worth it.
