McDonald's, San Diego CA

It's ridiculously frustrating when the app lets you order breakfast but when you get there they say they're not serving it anymore.

Sorry your line was too long? I already paid for the food I don't understand why you can't just make me what I paid for. Jack in the Box can do it all day, what's your excuse?

I think that was the last chance I ever give McDonald's. Uninstalling the app and I'm never going to any of your locations again. I'm sick of your ridiculous policy on breakfast items. You have zero respect for what your customers want.

Asked if McDonalds does doggie patties because we recently found out In n Out does and I don’t know if they have a designated menu for that, but the staff was very sweet and friendly and made us one! They made sure it was unseasoned and safe for the dog.

The automatic machine doesn't give me a receipt. When I ask for a receipt at the counter, did he really not hear it? He is ignoring my request. Is he racist?
Very bad attitude. Never changed. Hopefully management will do something or maybe don’t care. I don’t recommend this location. This is best shameful worst location of All Scripps Poway and Poway, Rancho Bernardo area. As the proverb goes, one bad apple can spoil the whole barrel. Gale you better change your attitude.if you don’t want work? Go home.

Plenty of staff but they ignorr the counter. Sad. Gets 3 stars cause at least the kids play structure was fun and clean.:)

Terrible service. Been to this mc donalds 2 times alreayd this week, each time ordering chickin nuggets with ranch, bbq sauce and honey mustard. Honey mustard isnt listed on the board so i ask for EXTRA honey mustard, every single time. After i get my order expecting all sauces especially when i specified extra sauce i get none, each time. Terrible Terrible, how will i eat dry chicken nuggets

Super friendly staff! My dog was looking sad in the front seat of my car and the sweet girl at the drive through made him a “pup cup”! Really made my (and my dog’s) day

Customer service was terrible. Dining room doenst open until 7am and your order curbside and they dont want to bring it out to you. Manager was not a very helpful person. Not accommodating at all. Terrible.

The manager here is great, he was able to fix a mix up that I had very graciously. Thank you!

Favorite place to eat, cheap, long line at 2am and slow, usually something wrong with the order so check, best fries, love their food

My order was missing a quarter pounder and they didn’t wanna give me a new one because they said I took too long to come back. It was like 10 minutes and I couldn’t go in through the front entrance because it was closed.

This is a nice McDonald's friendly staff.

They forgot to add source to my burger, put too much salt to fries and forgot to give me source for nuggets. Those all happened in the same meal. I cannot believe it is unintentional.

1st time was actually surprised that the food tasted so good. 2nd time they left the raw patty meat paper on and covered it with cheese and toppings. Yeah, I chewed and swallowed a huge bite (half of the double qtr pndr) feeling that the texture was off. I checked and made a youtube video of me peeling the entire paper off the rest of the patty. Customer service here is better than PQ & Poway. Just check your food prior to taking a bite.

Its McDonalds.don't expect anything more. It has a great big play center for children. I love it on hot days the AC keeps it cool for the kids and parents.
Its clean.yes i said that right. Its clean. I have watched them clean kids center 2 times in less then hr.
When you wanna just get out of the heat and have a not so healthy treat for yourself.this mcd is a good place to go.
Update. 12.16.18. They just renovated the entire place. The light up tables are great for sensory issues. They have a new conference area which is quiet.all new everthing. 3.3.22 Captain's Log I just ate a chicken sandwich it was really good give me my five extra Google points
