McDonald's, Chula Vista CA

Like most fast food the hamburger meat is overcooked. If you don't add the lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup, mustard and the bun, you might not like the taste of the hamburger patties.

Came here after watching a movie at Chula Vista AMC. Place was still open and kind of busy, but our order went well. We live about 20 minutes away, and the order was still perfectly warm when we got home. Would recommend this McDonald's again.

Great service, very friendly employees. Especially Andy, he went above and beyond helping bring our food to the table and helping us out since we have a six month old baby. Would definitely come here again just because of him.

sat out in the patio even with kids playing in the playpen i had a great dinner experience had a queterbunder with cheese and 6 chicken nuggets

The service was horrible. The person who took my order was very rude, so I asked to speak to the manager, and she was the manager. If this is the way she acts I can only imagine the rest of the employees! Food was cold!

Dine in.wanted to wash my hands but I guess they don't like hygiene cause the manager wouldn't open the restroom to do this. She was quite rude to another customer with a little boy who really had to go.she still wouldnt open the door.so he peed outside.so sad.

They always close before their time. Always. This is not my 1st time I was there before midnight and was ignored at the drive thru. Happens often. Right before close

On point customer service and very! Clean and friendly! Warm welcome as busy as they are still got a warm welcome. Couldn't ask for any better in hospitality.

When I went to McDonald’s to use the bathroom they have a little token slot where you have to insert it and then try to go use the bathroom So I wasn’t very happy about that

Asked for ice mocha with no ice. I have cold and hot sensitive teeth. Per the manager Leticia they cannot do that and they can only fill half the cup up. The other staff continue to say it's not right to ask for ice tea with no ice. They were very rude. Never going back.

Always on point with the orders especially at night only a few people ladies working but they are fast accurate and friendly.

The person I spoke to over the intercom barely spoke english. I had to repeat my order 6 times. 6 times! By the time I got my food it was cold and surprise! My order was incorrect. Seeing as how I was going to run late for work. (This was breakfast.) I didn't want to waste another 20 minutes going inside to demand my money back. Suffice it to say, I will never, NEVER, order from this location again. Hell, Maybe McDonalds in general. Never to late to start that all Vegan diet.

Its seems like the staff doesnt speak spanish i always have to ask for ketchup and say thank you AND they never replay back they look like robots.

I ordered a double quarter pound combo and a quarter pound just the burger and they gave me a combo of quarter pound in the box of double. That’s really big mistake of employees having fun at the place today at 6: 30pm.

McDonald's is great for a quick, budget meal. Easy for my kiddo. He gets apple slices and a apple juice with his meal. All ways consistent.

We stopped by here because I had to use the bathroom before heading back home from our trip to San Diego. Their bathroom need a coin to unlock the door so I decided to put in a order of French fries and a coke. I used my mcdonald app to use the deal and my friend got his sandwich. After we ordered, I asked for the coin to use the bathroom and they told me it was broken. Our food took about 10 minutes to come out and they forgot our drinks so we had to ask for it. McDonald's fries are one of my favorite and this place made it right but they usually don't fill it up all the way like this place did.

Slowest mcdonalds ive been too. Cashiers ignore you. No type of acknowledgement. They just walk off on you. Understaffed i understand but they need to step it up.
