McDonald's, Valencia CA

My food was mistakenly given to the person in front of me who grabbed it brought it into their car and must’ve realized it wasn’t theirs and handed it back when I got to the window the lady was a bit confused and asked me if I’m the one who got the deluxe breakfast to which I said yes she quickly went around the corner and came back with the bag as if she had put something else in it that the guy probably took originally. My whole problem with this is some random stranger has now touched my stuff and even though that does not seem like a big deal it is a huge deal to me especially in this time of pandemic I would actually say that’s unacceptable to let a stranger touch my food and then give it to me The employees nor myself know what that person has been up to touching or what kind of sickness they may have! On the plus side their food is good and I have no problems with the way it was made actually quite tasty on a normal day…….

Couldn't have got a better location at the bottom of the hill from Six Flags Magic Mountain. They have this fairly new location streamlined to handle high volume. That's why I come here rather then a location closer to my home.

The lady with the blonde hair who was working at night that day is very rude to Black People! Payed over $50 for a order and got mad because I asked for another cup of free ‘ water!

They didn't put any salt on my fries! How the heck do you forget something so simple? Also they gave me the wrong burger! Again something so simple! Hahaha come team do better.

When you want some Micky Dees but must walk past all the looked loos in their cars, as if it were a walk of shame through the parking lot

How often do you think they get yelled at for getting things wrong? This place is terrible! I love a good bad McDonalds review.

This Mac Donald’s is horrible I had a manager treat me like trash she said her name was Samantha I tried to place 2 orders through the drive thru and she told me I couldn’t place 2 orders I proceeded to tell her that I have two different payment methods for the order she then told me that wasn’t happening either she slammed the window so hard it woke my sleeping niece up I was shocked at her actions she went to the second window and took pictures of my license plate for no reason I'm calling corporate first thing in the morning Please save your time and money this place doesn’t value they’re customers poor management especially coming from a manager she’s teaching the employees bad behavior is acceptable

Indoor dining and outdoors tables available. Customers had to use kiosk to order food because they were short of staff for three registers. Not good. The food was good as typical.

Its McDonald's. Lousy food, barely edible. I don't know why I even go here expecting anything different. Its always disappointing and a huge waste of money.

This McDonald's is almost always busy, on this day though the crew seemed very disoriented with the new inside layout. They took a long, long time to get orders out. Some of the other customers said they'd waited for more than 40 min. There didn't seem to be enough customers to cause this problem. If this continues I expect customers will start going elsewhere, I know we already try to avoid this particular McDonalds.

Hit and miss. More than once, when I asked for no cheese on my burger. They add it. So it's best to check your food before you leave.

Should update their business hours, very inconvenient having to show up and is closed, window signs say 5am, showed up at 5: 50 and is closed.

One of the few mcdonalds around here that doesn't have a gigantic line around 5-9pm, gets my order right every time.guess it doesn't take much to please me

Can't go wrong with McDonald's. Unless they get your order wrong. For the most part they do get it right the first time. What I really miss is the dollar menu. Now more then ever we are in need of the dollar menu. And being a multimillionaire company they should lower there prices. We are in a crisis of a pandemic. Want to sell more lower your prices. Bathrooms unavailable, no inside service even with a mask. Drove through after using the nextdoor gas and quickiemart bathroom. Several years ago McDonald's began using excellent coffee so was looking forward to upgrading from senior coffee to a medium sized cup. Took a sip on the way out. It was both bitter and sour. Tasted like they cleaned the pot ad left the cleaning solution in while making the coffee. After 3 tries to give my taste buds to adjust, I gave up and poured out the witches brew onto the road. Ast time we went there the coffee was fabulous. I only hope it was a temporary anomaly. Maybe ask for a sample before the next purchase.but the coffee bean is in the same lot. If they have an open obby and restroom, I might just go there.

I went and order one slushie and French fries, they charge for it, and at the next window they give the fries but never the slushie.
I was waiting for it almost 15 minutes, they never did.
When I asked them about the slushie, they give one all melted.

OMG! PLEASE DONT EAT HERE. Not even worth the change u have stuck in the couch. Everything about the food was wrong. Just really NASTY! U have better luck at Shell Gas Station next door.

We stopped here for breakfast, just passing through town. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches. And the English muffin was completely charred black. The sandwich was inedible. The moral of the story is to check your food before you leave town or you'll go without breakfast.
