McDonald's, Bonita CA

Not the classy serene place it used to be. Now a community center atmosphere with a loud group of people playing cards and other single people individually occupying the booths with just coffee or eating nothing. This has turned into the strangest place, a local hang out with people who seem to have nowhere else to go.
The coffee used to be consistently good at every McDonalds, now so strong it's bitter. Not our favorite fast food place any more.

I wouldn't consider McDonald's fast food anymore it takes a little while to get your food at this location but the quality is there. My son is autistic and when he goes to Jack in the box he eats the fries first at McDonald's he eats the chicken nuggets first. That tells me the quality of the food.

Very friendly staff. Very customer service oriented. They really go the extra mile for the customer.

I am an Uber eats driver. On 10/15/22 I had an order a little after 11: 00pm I walked in not realizing that they closed the inside at 11: 00 according to the head Chief at the time Cindy. I walked in at the time that I did assuming that I was ok because the door was open and I didn't get any indication from any staff that I wasn't able to come in, I was nicely greeted by staff and was able to get my pick-up order relayed to one of the McDonald's employees as she went to work on my pick-up order, but upon my wait I got the attention of a very aggressive woman who appeared from the backline (cooking line) that I could see while waiting from afar, she out of know where acknowledged me and then mumbled then proceeded to come up to the front line, I'm speaking in fastfood terms because I used to work fastfood so I understand the lingo. Anyway, She just came out shouting to me that they were closed and that I needed to leave, and quite frankly I thought she may have been like a special person or someone that had special needs because of how she came at me I thought that maybe she was just telling me something that maybe she wasn't certain about but thought she should relay to me because that's what she thought was the right thing to say. I'm saying this because literally before this encounter Literally everyone else in the store had seen me and had acknowledged that I was there not to mention that I had a Frontline worker working on my order. So as she stated her words And I looked at her confused and not replying politely thinking that she may be confused. Well. After her rant she goes back to the backline for a good 3-5 min she decides to come back and take it up a notch and shout out perfusly that I need to leave and leave now! I was Shocked because I didn't expect for her to be So rude! I literally told her That I have already been there for 10-15 min and was waiting on an Uber eats order that An employee was already working on. She proceeded to Shout and speak down to me and tell me that although I had already been there for the time being that I needed to leave and go through the drive thru. I told her that I was already being helped and that I wouldn't do such a thing and asked her for her Name and She Gladly Gave It With Much Confidence And Told Me To Go Ahead And Complain. Thank G as this was happening My McDonald's employee savior came to my rescue and completed my order and nicely handed it to me. Well to make a longer story Short! Here I Am Cindy! Your Welcome. And Thanks But No Thanks McDonald's For This Encounter.

The food was cold, fries not fresh.
We ordered through the app to puck up at drive thru. We get there and they tell us to go park and wait. A guy comes out with our hamburgers only. We ask for the fries and drinks, he said I will go get them. Never came back. 10-15 minutes I went inside and explained I el still missing part of our order, the guy had the nerve to ask for my receipt. Finally gave me the rest. By then the burgers were cold.
Awful service and the worst part is that they don't care.

Always quick and friendly service here. It can get hectic during lunch or when the high school is out, but I have always had pleasant service here.

There was only 2 cars in front of me and no one after my order but they still got my order wrong. I ordered cheeseburger plain and got 4 piece nuggets ‍️

Very narrow drive-thru lanes, and the chicken nuggets were cold and a little tough when I busted them out after getting home minutes away from the restaurant. It's McDonald's though, mass -produced fast food. The order was accurate, which is more than I can say for other McDonald's locations

We sometimes stop at a McDonaald's for an ice cream cone. Refreshing and tastes good.

I’m sorry, but I keep giving this McDonald’s a chance and every-time the food is horrible. Fries are always cold or taste old especially if you go when it’s not a peek time. The sandwiches are either dry Tasting reheated, and my last experience my burger had so much ketchup on it I couldn’t even eat it and the fires had a ton of salt on them. I don’t understand why this location is always messing us the food to the point that I will not be eating there again.

This McDonald's is the best around. They have great customer service and are always very efficient. Even though sometime the drive-thru lane is kind of long, it always moves relatively fast. The food is always very warm and the taste is really good compare to ther Mcdonald's around the area. Specially the coffee. It doesn't taste burned or cold like in the other McDonald's. Overall, one of the best in the area.

Waited in the drive thru for 5 mins saying hello. Got out of line only to see the attendant with headphones on looking at her phone.

Ordered a kids 6 piece happy meal, 2 vanilla cones and a big Mac meal, they gave me the 2 vanilla cones and asked me to wait in stall 3. I waited 20 minutes for my food, the vanilla cones MELTED and I had to go inside to get the rest of my order. I dont know who makes the schedule but everyone that was working there today was a teenager. I'm furious! Horrible MANAGEMENT!

The food was okay but too expensive. I ordered the same thing I order in a different McDonalds and it was like 3 dollars more expensive. Also, an employee decided to mop the entire floor and the floor became really slippery, and I heard one of his coworkers ask him to do it by sections and to not get the floor as wet, he laughed and said: at least it’s getting done

A lot of restaurants seem to be having staffing issues so its no surprise that this location is in the same boat. However the employees that do show up to go to work are great! The GM and her team are always working hard despite having to deal with Karens and the rest of the customers who like to treat employees like trash. Don't complain about prices when you chose to eat out.

They really need to get there stuff together. Slow, got my #3 order wrong. They parked me. They just brought me the burger and not the meal when I clearly said #3. Cold fries. Come on. You have one job!

They most be shorthanded. They take way too long to take your order inside and waiting for your order is about a 30 minute wait.

Got the Large Breakfast meal and the Hash Brown was cold. Didn't get any jelly with the English Muffin. Not sure if my Decaf coffee was even Decaf because it was so weak it could have been regular coffee. A man came in from the drive thru saying they gave his bag of food to the car in front of him.

One of best locations in the San Diego area. I know its only a fast food restaurant but here the employees are always in a good mood and smiling. Items are almost always fresh.

Do t waste your time with Curbside delivery. It’s been 17 minutes waiting as I’m writing this. Trash service
