McDonald's, San Jose CA

This McDonald's is great! In the morning. I don't go in after the morning's. I just get my coffee ️ and it is always hot. The staff is great, fast, and friendly. Thanks

Told me they refunded my order but I see no refund. Liars and thieves, take it up with the Better Business Bureau, time for you guys to go.

Don't know why but the breakfast I had here was the most amazing freshest most perfectly cooked breakfast of all the McDonald's I have ever had great little spot nice and quiet very clean and efficient friendly service

They don't ask what size drink you want. Also they don't give you sauce and napkins.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different McDonald’s. Unless you want to pay for stuff you don’t get, and then get in a argument with management in regards on why you didn’t get the full order. They also never give receipts, so you never know if they got the order right.

Chicken sandwich had a big long hair. I have dark brown hair. This is so disgusting. I went back to show the the. He said things happen.

It's McDonald's you know what to expect. Shake was great. Big Mac, well it's a big mac.

My granddaughter drove by to get hamburgers, fries and drinks, she also ordered 2mcchicken, large fries and an ice cream. She paid close to $50. The bag, when she got home, was missing the mcchicken, 2, and fries. She ordered two teas and was given one coke. I have tried calling for the last hour plus and nobody picks up the phone, the last 15 min. The phone sounds busy. No customer service. Oh, and the burgers are salty, someone thinks too much salt adds flavor. NOT.

Only wanted coffee, arrived at 5: 15am they were closed, website hours say open at 5: 00 am If hours are wrong update your website!

Went there to get some lunch. I just love there French fries they are so good. I first went to Savers to do some shopping. I just love going to both places. Thanks to both places.

Service is fast and good.
Don't like the kiosk ordering. Getting less and less in person connection.

It's a McDonald's, but worse. Fries almost always taste like burnt oil and food is wrong as often as it is right.

Here is my problem.they don't greet you, 20 minutes in line there working on app.orders and forgetting about the walk in customers. 35 minutes later your helped nothing fast about that. So i have a new rule stop at my local sit down dinner, Skip McDonald's in the same time, for about $5.00 more you get to relax enjoy your food.thank you for allowing me the freedom of choice.

I had a wonderful experience here!
The waitress gave me extra sauce on the side and even brought the meal over to the my table. The most wonderful part is their food. It is actually fresh and hot (you know how a lot of McDonald’s gives you cold and hard like stone nuggets). I hope they will keep their quality this way ️
