Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
19Please be careful about not just your hardening arteries but with all this rain has made the floors a perioless slip 'n slide.
Went inside, because drive-through was very long line, took almost 15 minutes to get food, cashier did not know what she was doing, only ordered a number six meal and got home only to see they forgot my hash brown
Ordered a two burrito combo. Even the receipt says two burrito combo the online menu set to burrito combo came with one burrito the bag was sealed so it wasn't the driver
Left me sitting in the drive through parking space (where they send you if they forgot to prepare your order) for about 15 minutes for a simple burger. I think they either forgot I was out there or decided to do all the orders behind me first since they had already sent me out of the drive through area.
Double check your order before leaving this one. They have 2 drive thru lanes and they seem to get the orders confused a lot
Girlfriend ordered a mcchicken and got a double cheese burger with no cheese. How does they even happen? It’s 2am and no one’s behind me to order that.
Disgusting older woman named "Olivia " disrespected me in Spanish and didn't know I spoke Spanish, But before that she told me that I was a liar and never made a mobile order while the woman behind her had it in her hand. Even her body language was full of violence. Unprofessional and low class.
This McDonald's is always slow. It took 15 minutes and me having to ask where my food was. The order takers pretend you're not there while you wait 3-5 minutes before they greet you to take your order.
There was only one other customer and we both had to go to the front to wait due to the staff lagging with atleast 3 people on staff.
Ordered 4 happy meals. How do you leave out toys, apple slices, bbq sauce and ketchup. I know standards are low at McDonald’s but let’s at least hire ppl who can read. Guess that’s what I get for coming to this deplorable establishment.
It all started in the order window. Cook to order doesn't mean well done it means hot food needs to be cooked as it is being ordered. After I brought that to the order takers attention he said he already talked to people handling the food. I drive to the 2nd window the lady is handing me my food bag. I was surprised and told her its order to cook I want my fries n sandwiches hot. She promised it is hot. I took her word for it drive home. The food was cold not freshly made as I requested. I called the number on the receipt, they don't answer their phone. It's so frustrating when u explain several times n people working at McDonald's r just ignorant. This location is not bad. Most of the time I get my order right. Sunday crew must get more classes on how to take orders n act upon it. We had to warm our sandwiches n fries in microwave.had to throw large fries away it just ruined the taste.
Staff is always busy taking care of drive through customers. Walk in customers who came to shop in other shops in the area will have to wait a little bit, before they are answered.
Classic McDonald's experience and all that it implies. I was really with the kids about hamburgers and the conversation came upon the tough if the Big Mac. I've not had one of these possibly in a couple decades and have fond memories of them because when I was in college they used to have a promotion where you could get 2 for $2. The kids asked what makes a Big Mac a Big Mac and I said I think it's the McDonald's bun with the sugary taste and middle piece, and the secret sauce. One could argue it's also the chopped up lettuce and diced onions but those are just different ways to include a non specialized standard unmodified ingredient. I'd also allow the idea of the inclusion of the McDonald's cheese which has a pretty unique texture, be that good or bad. Today, my McDonald's app let me know that there was a promotion for buy one get one and I decided if let the kids try one just so they know what the Big Mac experience is. So we order, get them home, and the kids have a round. "How is it". "Tastes like a burger". They said our homemade burgers are better. Not to say far food burgers should taste better than homemade but they were not impressed. 2 observations I had not having had or seen one in person for a long time was that the burger looked small in volume. Hard to believe this thing is called "big". Secondly, the beef patties were notably thin. Like, 2 patties aren't even one of our home patties which I consider normal in size. See my picture for this visit. Now this is not a slight on this or any McDonald's for that matter. It just is. Do with that what you want. If you like McDonald's, this one will give you that McDonald's experience and there ain't nothing wrong with that!
Placed a simple order of chicken nuggets and fries. They gave us only fries but charged for nuggets also. By the time we checked, we were a mile away in commute traffic. Could not go back
I went here for my lunch break at 3am cause I work 11pm to 6am and it was a far drive only to be told that they are updating their system and it takes 45 minutes. Bull $%@!
I waited 25 minutes in a drive-thru queue and ordered and paid 4 burgers but there were 3 in the package. I figured this only at home: (
This just was not a good night. We usually come to this McDonald's cuase the fries are always hot but not to night. It was fourth of July and I guess everyone was hungry after fireworks the line was long but moved pretty quickly. I was so looking forward to my shake and fries only to be disappointed next time!
Service and food are sometimes inconsistent. They have forgotten order items at the window. Make sure to check your food before you pull away.
Drive thru can be fast or slow, it's also very inconsistent. It happens any time of the day or night. Be ready to be told to go park in number "3" and wait an additional 5-10 minutes to receive your food.
Only a handful of employees have great customer service. The rest do not greet you or confirm your order items.
Less than 1 star.
I asked for the "2 for $6" offer.
They rang it up - total came to $7.72. I asked how come; was told "total plus tax. " (Tax is 10.75%)
Manager would not adjust price.
Ended up walking out, extremely frustrated.
