McDonald's, Jackson CA

The slowest restaurant I have ever been to I did app it took an hour in drive thru made me late on my lunch. I have never had that before. Don't ever want go back McDonald's is usually known for speed. The manager does things the slowest way possible.

My daughter and I stopped here on our way through for some a quick bite to eat. We ordered through the drive thru and our order was finished in a timely manner. The employees were very nice and lastly, the food. It was surprisingly good! The fries were fresh and our meals were good. They made sure we had sauce and napkins in the bag. Nice big parking lot easy to get in and out. All around a good experience! One of the better McDonalds locations!

Ordered about $25 worth of stuff my grandson doesn't like ketchup or his fries ask for 2 barbecue sauce the girl said we have to charge you 25 cents each for the little containers I don't want a handful of catch up so what's the difference if you give me 2 barbecue sauce thank you her mistakenly used her gun when she thought it was her

Worst McDonald's I've ever had. I have had McDonald's in Italy, and it was better. It's almost like the don't care. My cheeseburger was cover in ketchup as well as the wrapper. 2nd time from this place. Fries were cold and stale.

This McDonalds is usually a pretty decent experience. They are courteous and helpful. On occasion the wait can be a little long, but not normally. For the classic sausage egg McMuffin and a hash brown you can't beat it.

Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I would say don't go they can't get an order right to save their lives.

Updated my review because this location has improved a lot over the last few years despite the pandemic. We were very happy to be served during a big power outage on 12/27/21 around 10: 00 am. Minus 1 star because the woman at the second window had a bad attitude.

We got warm and genuine service from a group of very energetic staff! Our order came out quickly and our food was hot and fresh! Probably the most crispy nuggets I’ve ever had! Really didn’t expect such a delightful dining experience at a Fast food restaurant but thank you for making our day!

Ordered a double cheeseburger plain with fries and a sprite, got a cheeseburger with everything on it a fanta and no fries

Hotel was I was staying didn't tell me they no longer have food in restaurants. Stopped by McDonald's. So grateful for breakfast. Nice people too

Aaron working drive-thru night before Thanksgiving was awesome. We had some confusion about using our reward points but he fixed it all for us and we were able to use points for what we needed. Great customer service.

I go here all the time I had a Indian lady take my order to day. I aways get a med meal with a large sweet tea. But for some reason today she said they don't do that and they are in a meal for a reason. But med drink is a dollar and a large is a dollar. Im confused I didn't want a large fri just a large drink.im very upset because it has never ben an issue.

This restaurant is great, the service is usually quick, the food is of high quality, and the McDonald's app has several money saving coupons as well as mobile ordering and payment and nutritional information. They have also recently added a rewards program that awards points for every dollar spent and these points can be used to earn free food.

Idk who's these new people are on the night shift drive thru but these guys are bottom of the barrel. Guy at the window was too busy on his phone to take my card. Had to literally get his attention to get him to take my money.

Manager was chilling and gossiping with the assistant manager, doing absolutely nothing.

And the girl at the second window had to ask me if I had already gotten my coke, and it wasn't even coke. It was a Dr pepper.

Food was still good other than the fries were stale. I have no idea what is going on with the night crew. Nightmare.

I spent only $11 and I regret it.

Horrible service and I believe they gave us old food very stell french fries hamburger buns were hard will never go there again and many customers complained

Ok I guess it's been awhile since I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese.
First of all. Lets not call this a. 1/4 pounder. This was the most disgusting product I've had from McDonald's. Notice I said product. Let me break it down. They packaged it in a box now instead of a wrapper. And looking at the box it was obviously smaller than the original. (big Mac was the only one made for box) the "patty" was so dried up. Not the meaty and moist burger it used to be. And the bun as you see, I poked a hole in it touching it. Didn't bounce back like a fresh bun. I believe this was probably frozen. Bun and all. The cheese wasn't even melted on the patty like it use to be. Very sad McD. And the kicker it's the same price as used to be. Y'all have killed the quarter pounder and it's obvious by the coffin its served in. I'm D and D
