McDonald's, San Jose CA

We all know McDonalds or Donald's House as my son would say. The food there I quick, budget friendly, and fast. This Donald's House is more slower paced. Usually not packed. Bit on the smaller side.

Very bad customer service I only approached the manager to ask him a question because the McGriddle did not have an egg and he laughed at my bad attitude from the manager, saying that I had already finished it, I did not want another one, it was just a question Guillermina is the manager

I Order yesterday morning. My breakfast Sausage egg and muffin it was cold the bread was hard, hash browns were cold not happy. Couldn't return was complain break from work. Breakfast! I expect fresh hot breakfast. Not left overs. Disappointed

I feel plbad for theses people who are over worked with not enough help. Management needs to step it up a notch and hire more people to take loads of others

Food was fresh; I got a Big Mac, McNuggets, and fries. Nuggets we’re fresh-adjacent, but acceptable.

Only major drawback to this location is no drive-thru.

I received poor service and horrible food my kids can't stop complaining about the burgers there I was disappointed, fries we better but without catching up and there was no explanation about it. I think they must just close the drive-through service as it's just a waste of one's time

No so great experience. I went arround 2.30 pm and they still selling only breakfast! I mean really.no burgers available.

They are very predictable fast food and service. They also find the time to be courteous and welcoming!

I ordered there and got my order completley wrong, I ordered a bacon mcdouble with mayonaise with small fries and the guy looks like a gangster, sagging and all that stuff, and he ordered me a bacon quarter pounder, no mayo, and no fries! They need to do better service there, and another time I was ordering and going fast on my order (same guy who messed up my order) when he says, "HOLD ON! " in a really mean way and in my head, Im shocked, the food hear is good but the service ia horrible

This place offers you great deals on coffee and drinks. It's my favorite place for mocha and iced latte.

This place is usually pretty crowded after getting my daughter from school around 230pm monday-friday

Coffee right now is $2.07 on Santa Clara and 27th Street and McDonald's is $1.07 for coffee
