McDonald's, San Diego CA

My kids always love McDonalds but every other visit or so they tend to forget something in the order.

After making an order on the app, I went to pick it up. Unfortunately, the app had made a mistake which I had not been aware of when I arrived. When I asked for my order the person advised me that there was a problem. He quickly let me speak to evelyn, the shift manager. Evelyn was vulgar, crude, dismissive, accusatory, and flat-out lied. Not only did Evelyn refuse to give me the food that had been charged to my credit card but she also called security instead of speaking to me about my issues. Evelyn saw that other customers were becoming irate and she did nothing to handle the situation. She displayed very poor management skills and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Clean and modern restaurant with fast service and soda fountain for customers to fill their cups! Most of the workers are rude and act as if they hate working here but other than that it's a great McDonald's!

Convenient location.
The issue I experienced during this visit was after paying for my order through the drive-through, I was asked to pull up to window number one. When I arrived, no one ever showed up, and two cars behind me already got their orders and had driven away.

After over 5 minutes of waiting, I pulled to the front of the restaurant & parked my car. At this time the inside dining room was closed. I had to knock on the glass door and finally got the attention of a McDonald’s employee coming out of the bathroom.

The employee looked frustrated, however opened the door, and I explained what happened. They quickly apologized and said they would bring me my order. A different employee came to door and brought me my drive-through order. He was very friendly, offered me a free apple pie, but I declined.

The whole experience was a disaster, however the employee who brought me my meal at the end made the experience 100% better, thank you.

We eat McDonald's when we want the McDonald's flavor but this restaurant has always delivered hot food. Better than other restaurants of this chain.

Quick ordering in the drive thru. Got out food hot and fast. Was a great deal with the McDonald's app.

Mobile order was the worst waiting time. 20 minutes! It would have been faster to go through the drive thru. Will never order ahead.

Did you ever catch the odor inside the l dining room?
It smell terrible it smell very dirty like they never clean. I was about to order a complete breakfast wen l smell that, just ordered a coffee and left.
It is definitely disgusting.
Attention to the manager don't You catch that smell when you enter in the morning?

It is a McDonald's, so, basically no change (that is good) but prices going up.other than that.good

Tonight I visited this McDonald's and came across Evelyn there who provided the friendliest, most amazing customer service I've ever received at a McDonald's. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before leaving. We felt so lucky to be there when she was!

The girl that took our order around 2: 30pm today was very nice, her customer service is excellent. Thank you!

Bad bad service, I placed an order and it arrived without potatoes and not even the hamburgers were the ones I ordered; They make fun of the customer when we orders at home and they send you whatever they want and of course how you claim at 10pm when you are at home. They don't even deserve a star.it's a steal for the customer!

It's McDonald's. The app is very beneficial. Took awhile for my order to be ready curbside but it was a bigger order than I usually make so no biggie.

Fast service, easy ordering, great food. Wish the breakfast goes on a little longer but just a suggestion.

It's McDonald's. The Costco gas line makes getting in and out a bit tricky. Use the back route if possible.

My son loves him some happy meals. Your basic. MCDONALD'S I wish they had the play areas for kids like they did when I was little but ya decent place and your basic costumer service.

YOU NEED A CAR TO EAT AFTER 6PM THEY CLOSE THE LOBBY REALLY EARLY BECAUSE THEY'RE LAZY AND THAT WOULD BE TOO MUCH WORK
