McDonald's, San Marcos CA

Says 24 hours but not true both drive thru and inside I was told by an employee close before 12: 30 when I arrived.

Very efficient service through the drive thru, they did really good considering how busy it was. Ordered 10 Mc doubles, 4 large fries and 40 chicken nuggets with BBQ and sweet and sour sauce. Got it down!

Construction going on now with possible dust in the seating area. AVOID THIS PLACE. Prices are going through the roof! I had a disappointing visit. Customer service was v.good. They need to close the indoor seating until Construction is finished.sept. 2021 visit.

Ordered a slurpee, waited 15 minutes in window 2. No one ever came in to check up on me. Had to call the phone number to get someone to come to the window.

Cashier was having trouble with taking a payment on a card and the rest cash but they figured it out after 5 min of bickering between the two employees

Accessibility: they have accessible parking directly in front of the building and plenty of other parking available. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk and the doors to get inside are pull doors. They also have a drive-thru with two lanes and digital screens with the menu on it.

Experience: I went through the drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one in line in front of me. The service was super fast and the food was hot! Fresh off the grill type of hot! The fries here also tasted MUCH better than the fries at the other McDonald's I have been to in San Marcos. The Vanilla coffee here was also very good and cheap! They do have outdoor and indoor seating if you want though. Use their phone app to get lots of discounts.

I didn't realize a quarter pounder with cheese, is now $6.02. I was mad and surprised. And the beef patty was overcooked and very dry!

Unprofessional, especially with the pandemic going on they handed me a bag that was wrong and took it back right away when i told them and gave it to the right person, i could’ve had covid and gave it to the car behind me. Which is not the case but a possibility

It's McDonald's! What can I say? This location is often quite busy, and the employees get us through as quickly as possible without any errors thus far. Fingers crossed.

We just went in this morning to San Marcos Blvd location my 12 year old daughter went to use restroom after her a female empelote went my daughter told me mom she didn’t wash her hands after using restroom I told her to tell manager she didn’t my child was ignored this is disgusting especially since they should be trained this employee was also wearing sweats and sweater hoodie since when is this uniform she had a employee tag

Beautiful aesthetic in the drive through. Iced coffee made perfectly to my liking. Customer Service is friendly and prompt.

I like Mc Donald's french fries. I don't really care for the burgers. Anytime I have gone to Mc Donald's drive thru staff is extremely rude. I say thank you Everytime all they do is hand you your food and slam the window shut.they don't even ask you if you need ketchup or napkins or anything lol. I always say to myself that I am going to call the corporate office but I never do.

Once again trouble at the drive thru speaker, not understanding my order. When I did get home to eat the order was wrong. I requested no Pickles, No Onions on my double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon but the burger had Pickles and onions. I also requested my French fries be well done and they weren't.

Such a great positive team. I absolutely had the best experience at this McDonald's. Clean fresh fast and nothing but happy positive people.

I got the new Bts meal and they did not give me the sauce i asked for it and they did not give me it burgers and chicken nuggets and fries still good though
