McDonald's, Rohnert Park CA

They have never given me my order without messing it up. From forgetting meat pattys to leaving out half the order. It's as if the good employees there expect your order to be wrong too.

It's a McDonald's. What more to say? Had an issue with an order once (missing item) but other than that it's exactly what you expect.

Great service with good overall quality of food. For a fast food place, it's good to get some fuel after a class or before hand. Always been treated nice there and love the atmosphere. Sometimes it can be loud but that's just when it's overall busy. I would say a great place as always. Fries are truly always good and their mcnuggests are too. I for sure never miss them. Good quality.

Just visited the store 15 minutes ago, the manager (my guess) super nice! Very patient very care very helpful and open the door for me while I’m going out with hand full thank you!

They are pushing the use of the Kiosk and if you refuse they make you wait longer on purpose. I was at the register and they totally ignored me for a while. I was paying cash (kiosk will not accept cash) While I’m sure the Kiosk is the way of the future, it’s still slower than a trained employee at the register.

The Manger was really rude even after they messed up my order. But the food was still good.

Ice cream machine wasn’t working so I ordered 2 Big Macs. Employee was rude and forced my bag of food towards me, I never even spoke to her, felt very disrespected! I drove off and kept my words to myself!

Ordered through the app and honestly the food was good and all but I was just missing things that really blew the experience. They didn't give us napkins, they didn't give me my sauces that I picked on the app and they even forgot my straw which I was lucky to notice.
