McDonald's, Colfax CA

I completed my order using the self service kiosk. When completed, I approached the counter employees to ask about the drinks. They were busy in conversation and seemed bothered by my inquiry. After filling my drinks at the self serve machine, I found that they were out of lids for the children's size cups. I asked an employee for a lid and without a second glance, they stated that was all the lids that were available. I also received no napkins with my order, which seems to be a theme across the McDonald's brand

Slow.girl at the window argumentative.showed her my receipt that my order is not all there n she says I'm lying for free food.went for brunch but they didn't have sausage n egg mcmuffin.

Fast and friendly service. Also one of the cleanest restrooms in all of Castro Valley. It’s McDonald’s so the food is always a treat. At this particular location the true magic is the staff.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been in. My only complaint is they gave our order to another person and gave us someone else's too. The food was on point and the caramel brownie sundae was delicious.

Service was amazing. Only downside was the drive thru line was a lot longer than most other fast food locations. Definitely worth the wait.

Cashier seemed a little lost, or maybe he wasn't feeling well. Not rude at all, just seemed overwhelmed.
Food was hot and coffee was fresh. Food was exactly as ordered.
The parking lot and drive through is hard to drive if you have a larger vehicle.

The foods were mediocre because the eggs were slimy and soggy, the sausage wasn't too cooked too well, the pancakes had too much flour inside, and the hash brown was too salty (except the slices of bread because they tasted good). So, I didn't enjoy eating them because of my s@#$&%-a$$ mother who bought the foods that she made me complain a lot. I instantly regretted it now.

This location was very dirty; flies everywhere, trash on the floors, and my shoes even stuck to the floor while walking. Service was okay at best. Would recommend driving the 51 miles to the next location.

Poor quality control over what's being served. Ordered 2 mc chickens and both had triple the amount of mayo that there usually is and so much lettuce I could barely see the chicken patty. I dont ever expect a mcdonalds to be perfect but I've never gotten a sandwich like that ever.

We love to drive thru Mickey D's before we pull out onto the road for a day of cross-country driving and grab breakfast to go - sausage-egg-&-cheese McMuffin or McGriddle or. - and eat as we drive along.

Who knows. Someday we may find something else to love under the Golden Arches!

Good food, poor service, spent nearly an hour captive at the drive thru. Was unceremoniously handed my food without a single word. Saw an employee standing around with their hands in their pockets while there were 12+ cars waiting at the drive through. Possibly some circumstance that I was unaware of, but the lack of apology for wasting my time makes me think it was just poor service.

Stopped St McDonald's as last on Colfax at 7 pm on 6 13 2021. The store was closed despite hours posted till 11 p.m. Ourside trash cans all were overflowing! What a dirty disgusting place.

Filthy. Restrooms had trash all over the floor, drink area was a mess, trash in the dining room and trash cans overflowing. Food was good but took a long time.

They are doing the best they can both sides for the drive through need to be utilized, may ease the strain on the parking lot.

The slowest mcdonalds around. If you have an extra 20 minutes then by all means, go for it. One side of drive thru is always closed, and cars back up to the street. Also milkshake machine never works, especially at this mcdonalds.

The last 2 times I have been there my nuggets and chicken sandwich were super old and dried out.and for some reason I had to wait 10 minutes for my food with only one person in line in front of me! Absolutely terrible and I will never go there again!

Everytime we go through here the mess up the order. Got a happy meal with only a toy in the box. No food at all. Really? Then we get attitude from the young kids working there after we had to wait in line again. Unreal. I can understand a mistake here and there. But the last three times in a row. Horrible. I would rather drive to auburn 15mins away where they get things right.

The French fries were piping hot needed more salt but the spicy chicken sandwich was too hot for me and there was an orange colored sauce I felt it even burned my lips and tongue. The employees were busy and nice.

I hardly ever eat fast food anymore but I constantly hear from others how they never get an order correct. Proven tonight while with a friend and go to the drive thru. While I didn't order anything, she did for herself only a cheeseburger, and her boyfriend some meal deal. Her cheeseburger came without cheese and he thought she got him an iced tea but then realized it was super watered down soda. No bueno.

Amazing how busy this was late at night, and how few staff they had! Server was v polite, v helpful and v efficient. Food was as good as McD drive through ever is (you know what you're getting, right.this review is about the place, not the food-like substances)
