McDonald's, Fresno CA

Double bacon burgers were over cooked. Chicken sandwiches were dry & bread was old. Did not enjoy this meal at all but had to eat something at 2am after getting off work.

The Best mix of Coke around.
There is a large copper pipe pulled out of the ground beside the order speaker. You'd better cover it with rocks before it vanishes.

Customer service here is no good at all. Inside they lost the key to restrooms, they had left a drink spilled all-over the floor, and showed no signs of cleaning it while I was inside waiting on order that they took 20 min on and didn't give all of order to me neither.absolutely terrible, I have to say this is the worst in town and has been for years.

Do not go here if you value your sanity. Waited over 20 minutes for a quarter pounder. Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to.

4 year update: still atrocious service. Mobile order took over 20 minutes. Other people came and went after me. Horrible service.

1 star is a lot. It's become a thing for this place to park everyone for 30 minutes. Who do they think they are? They have horrible employees with nasty attitudes always on their phone. Today they parked me like always and it took them 30 minutes to get me 3 coffees. After that time I told one of them walking out the orders if the coffees would take longer and the girl with blondish faded nappy hair which by the way she was always on her phone and was the one who told me to park.she said "oh you're still waiting? Are you kidding me you past by me like 5 times! Are you working or are you doing customer service with that phone always on your hand because I dont think you would be good enough for that either. Like come on you cant do a simple job. Never coming back to this place again they are the worst. Also I called the number on the receipt for feedback and she just wasted my time getting my information and she said someone would call me back and nobody has done so. They also don't care so I'll ended here.

Save yourself the time, and frustration, order from the drive-thru. They cater to the drive-thru and pay no attention to customers in the lobby.

It's a little depressing outside sometimes do to the homeless rummaging through garbage or asking for help. But they are all very nice and polite

Hot food cold drink good service, got hungry can't pass up McDonald's for a quick fast food meal. But Ya' is busy nice corner location can't miss it Shaw and clovis ave.

This McDonald’s is trash. They always make you wait in a stall even if you have a small order. There’s always something missing. Consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Absolutely the worst in Fresno. You’re better off going to the Taco Bell on Clinton and Brawley. Atleast they’re always fast and get my order right. This McDonald’s hasn’t gotten my order right ever in the past 2/3 years.

I haven't been to this particular location in about 2 to 3 years and quality is the same, not fantastic but it'll do. However, it is significantly more expensive than the other two locations I have gone to recently. For that reason, I will not be coming back to this one.

To be honest I think this place needs new management. The frappe machine wasn’t working for 3 weeks. Then they ran out of whip cream. Today I bought an ice coffe and they had no ice. The other day I waited 20 minutes just for a vanilla shake

I'm a 3 time a week customer. I've always had good service, hot food. The only negative think I could say, is the fountain drinks don't work in the lobby, so you have to have the staff behind the counter refill your drink, which they do quickly.

The lady at the food window was so rude they put extra pickles when we said no pickles and they put our fries in upside down not to mention when we asked for sauce the lady acted like it was an inconvenience for her.

PRO TIP: DO NOT EAT INSIDE GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! If you want to sit and eat inside expect a min 30 mins wait or longer. They only care about the drive thru

If i could give 0 stars i would. How could they mark it off the receipt but not put it in the actual bag. Im missing 2 pies and my 40 piece nuggets. What a fail indeed.
