Horrible service. Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My fries were half full and old. The workers seem upset. I would go to another McDonald’s.

WORST MCDONALDS EVER MADE! Ordered a few drinks and food, was missing some items and asked for sauces 2 times at the speaker and window and didn’t receive nothing! I think the manager is dumb as well. I called and told him about some missing items which he said they weren’t missing because he was there and seen the employee hand everything which wasn’t true then tells me we were being rude to the employee based off her. I tell him we weren’t being rude then tells me he wasn’t there when he said he seen her give me my complete order. $$$ to the trash! Employees are weirdos. NEVER GO TO THIS ARNEILL RD MCDONALDS

This is the best McDonalds around. The food tastes like its supposed to, which is huge at a McDonalds. This is super unfortunate for us, because now we want McDs after a night out. Cant believe we actually have the illusive actually good McD's.

McDonald’s Oreo cookie frappe was the bomb! So yummy it was like drinking See’s candy In liquid form! You have got to try it!

Rude and argumentive management that refuses to admit when they are wrong and blatantly argues with customers about how right they are. Avoid.

Took too long just to get my food, also people vaping in here. I don't like this place.

Today we were super disappointed with our drive-thru order. We received a partially eaten hashbrown and a partially eaten pancake. When I called and spoke to the manager, Anna, she made the excuse that sometimes the hashbrowns fall out. I explained it didn’t even have a wrapper around it! Instead of providing good customer service, she continued to make excuses. It wasn’t until I got off the phone with her that my son called me over and said someone ate part of one of his pancakes. Whoever it was hid it under his other pancakes. Super disgusting!

I went through the drive thru with only two other cars ahead of me. I ordered a single meal but had to pull over to the side because they wanted to help the cars behind me. I waited for about 10 mins before someone brought all of the food for everyone waiting. I think it was about 3 other cars after me. Ridiculous. I got my food and it was cold. I'm assuming the employee waited until he had everyones orders which made mine cold in the process. Never again going back there.

Consistently long waits and wrong orders. Mostly lazy employees. I have been going to McDonald's for over 60 years. This one is one the worst.

How can you mess up two double chz burgers with no mustard no pickel twice when I'm the only one in the drive thru. Is it because all of you drinking sodas by the time clock not doing your job. I'm so happy that min wage is 15.50 hr making the price of everything go up. TERRIBLE

YEAP IT STARTED IN THE DRIVE UP WINDOW. I asked to cooked another chicken sandwich it was full of grease and dark by recooking it. So the entire front staff got up set. So the lady asked do you want us to recook the whole order. Okay FOR SURE. BUT! They recooked my fish sandwich and put black like dirt outside and in my sandwich. I asked no cheese and light tare sauce They put cheese on it. My hamburger was ordered light ketchup and mustard. 1st one was running over with ketchup and its was all over the paper.they recooked it and put lots of pickles and onions which I didn't want.originally I asked for my money back. The manager said I'll fixed it. It just didn't happen, Nope. I return with more problems So the manager gave me my money back and two cards. THESE YOUNG PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO WORK. MOVE OVER I'M RETIRED. PAY ME I'LL SHOW DEM YOUNGESTER WHAT'S UP. SHOW ME THE I'LL TAKE IT. I'll buy me a new car with the McDonald's money

This McD's takes pride in their presentation and customer service. I went inside the other day, and WOW, this place has transformed into a beautiful space.
The cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in and the most stylish!
Staff are friendly and polite. The best part is their Soft Serve is NEVER out of order.
I believe it is a local family owned franchise, so I am more inclined to spend money here at the Arniell & Las Posas McDonalds and you should too! Thank you!

I used the McDonald's app in the drive through and ordered 2 cheeseburgers. When I got to the window I was asked to pull to the side and they would bring the order to me. From the time of the order until I received the 2 cheeseburgers was 21 minutes. I call that wait time ridiculously outrageous.

I come to this Mc Donald's alot especially when I'm very hungry and had a long day and you can just tell the customers don't care about asking you if you like any sauce and always waiting Soo long plus they be making a lot of mistakes every time.

Everyone is very friendly, but if I make it home with a correct order it's verging on a miracle. I've had stale chicken, lukewarm fries, and brown lettuce. Time of day definitely matters at this location!

Again cashier taking orders for drive thru and dine in. Seems dine in always #2 to drive thru.

I don’t know what happened to this place, probably a shift in management, but it’s horrible.
