McDonald's, Brawley CA

There was so mess at the playground, no clean tables, floor was dirty too. Flies around. I had to clean a table for my children.

Fast abd friendly. Family oriented. Fantastic!
Food is great! Clean. And doesn't smell.

Today, issues with mobile order but everything was taken care of. Friendly staff. Bathrooms were dirty and without paper.

Twice they messed up our orders within 4 days. When I drove thru today (06-14-2023,5: 15 pm) after they messed up our order again, (grimace meal), the young female manager gave me an attitude and totally non apologetic about it. So rude. As much as I like to say, Mcdonald's, "I am lovin' it" How can I?

They have a two driveways for ordering. The person taking orders kept taking orders from one driveway and not the one I was in. Kept asking if I had ordered on the app. I kept saying no, I need to order. Finally after about 3-4 minutes, she took mine.

Great customer service I placed my order wrong and they were able to fix it. Employees seem happy to work there.

Melissa and Promise made sure my breakfast order is always right and out as quickly as possible. Their customer service is top tier, always courteous no matter how early it is. Thank you both again

I don't know why I was asked if I wanted sauces, since the employee threw a dozen ketchup packets in the bag when I said no (especially considering I ordered the burgers without ketchup).

Every single table was filthy, and there wasn't enough business to justify not cleaning the dining room. I was the only customer inside.

Disgusting restaurant, inept employees. Bad experience even for McDonald's.

Drive thru was how we placed our order. For the prices here we should have at least gotten a smile or a good morning. Upset because they didn’t read the order correctly and then gave us watery oatmeal. This McDonald should have weekly training refreshers on how to treat customers… Remember McDonald employees we are the consumer and our hard earned money is why you have a job because we keep spending our hard earned money at this location.

The only bad thing is that they don't have a baby changer in the restrooms. I had to change my baby in the car.

Great service. Had to park and wait a few for my order and was miasing an item but Girl that brought my order out gladly and good mood when for it and brought me extra sauces.

Disturbing behavior by the manager, just witnessed the manager, running out, a homeless person, yelling and screaming at them not to come back into the restaurant, wasn’t aware it was illegal to be homeless and go to McDonald’s to use the restroom, the manager was totally out of line. Hope they get a new one.

The drive through is very slow and many times they do not have your food ready and you park to wait for your food for a long time

Like every place you go you expect to get what you want for a price. Like always the food was good. The staff working to their best is always admirable.

All other businesses should follow your "curbside" service. By leaps and bounds your mobile ordering is THE BEST! There are 2 areas that could be improved: 1) software are are consistently made to far in advance of my order making it watered down and flat. No Fizz! 2) The ability to use a REWARD and DEALS together. I earned those rewards so I don't really understand why not! I couldn't even use my birthday pastry gift because they can't be combined. Next year I'm going to Dennys!

Food is good. There's some crowded people inside. It was hard to not step on anything. There was some garbage on the floor. They didn't even look at me. I liked what I ordered though. It was fast. The bathrooms were clean.
