McDonald's, San Bernardino CA

They have good food but the ice cream machine never works. You can't even get a decent ice cream that need to be fixed. Other than that, great

This McDonald's has horrible service. I usually go to the one in Colton on valley but is under construction so I have to come to this location is my second time here. First time I was Ok they are rude because they're busy whatever second time still rude and they take forever to bring out an iced coffee to the Mobil spots. Really iced coffee how hard is it to make! I am never coming back here I'll wait until the other McDonald's opens.

I only got a iced vanilla coffee but the place was great for the customer service and professionalism. Thank you

Was in drive through. Didn't go inside. Food was hot when I got it that was nice sometimes it's a hit and a miss with the warmth of the food and my order was also complete nothing missing.

Went through the drive thru and got nothing but attitude from the young people working there. Not friendly at all! Looks like we're raising a generation of mediocre and rude people!

This is a very nice location however, they are not equipt for dining in. Anyone eating in must wait for drive thru to be served first. Entering from their parking lot us not safe because you have to cross their two drive through lines.

Foods tastes okay but drive thru never gets it right.homeless hanging around makes it dangerous they bang on your car if you ignore them thats happened twice now location doesn't seem to care. Parking lot is always dirty. And the back by the signs smells like urine. 0

Bad customer service gave me my food after another customer dug their hand in there they said it was freshly made and I told them I seen the other customer dig their hand in there and she said no still gave me my food so I trashed it I spent $35 there I am really disappointed

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously what's the point of fast food. So I could get parked! And have to wait for 20 min to get my food. I don't understand the point of parking cars they only have 2 spots and they where full already and after me they parked 3 more. Everyone got the food except for me. So I get down still waited for them to say they gave my food to someone else and the guy had just me that they were still working on it. I understand they only care for the drive thru time but you should care for the costumers giving you the money I asked for my money back! Go spend it somewhere else

This is the worst McDonald's in the Inland Empire. Many reasons, today is the drive through. Mobile order only allowed drive through and by the time I get to the order 40 minutes fly by. Hire more workers, pay them better. Message to workers: if they are not taking care of you than unionize. You still get unemployment if they fire you for forming a union and if the union is formed you become a hero for everyone after. And you only need 51% of any single store to win unionhood. You shouldn't take the low wages and overworked from them not hiring enough people or paying enough. The owner of the franchise sitting on millions and having you like this. My wait was because the owner wanted to make more profit instead of paying the workers more or hiring enough people for us to get proper service.

The most horrible McDonalds I been to the customer service was horrible we ordered for a drink and a spicy deluxe and they got our order all wrong and they didn’t give us our drink

Horrible customer service ever they are really bad! I asked for mayonnaise they don’t have it no ketchup
