McDonald's, Crescent City CA

We mobile ordered and came to the counter. Nobody greeted us, every time we asked for help we got "it'll be out soon" as we waited over 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. They continuously had people coming into the lobby and none coming out with food. Yet their drive thru was bustling orders out. There were 20 people in the lobby as we waited for our food. Horrible customer service, no real help and people barely doing anything. Worst McDonald's experience. And as we're standing here still waiting for our food, 10 more people have come into the lobby. No service being done in front, very slow in the back. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Then they waited to give us the mobile order to tell us they were out of one of the items. After we had waited 35 minutes altogether. Awful establishment.

Workers there clearly don’t care about what the order actually was. Wanted a custom sandwich, even paid extra for it, and some worker decided to throw a regular patty in a wrapper and call it good.

They had to let each person into the bathrooms instead of using a code just in a inhumane attempt to keep a homeless person (who did buy something) from using the bathroom like a human. They would make each customer wait until the employee found a free moment. I will skip this joint next we go through here.

Nothing terrible but girl at front was definitely having a bad day and was rude and I paid for EXTRA Oreos in my flurry and I got less than the usual normal amount and wasn’t even blended past the first inch… so just really shows a lack in caring and customer service. Was disappointed and this wasn’t the first time with this specific McDonald’s either…

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The staff here are incompetent to borderline lazy. We ordered a happy meal for my son and pulled up to curbside pickup. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went inside to find 6 people behind the counter standing around and 2 people actually working the drive through. After I inquired about my happy meal order, at first they could not find my order but then after paging through the previous orders, found it and discovered that someone had marked it done without actually making it. The lady waiting next to me in curbside pickup also walked in after waiting outside only to find that her order was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes because they were too lazy to walk it outside to the curb. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. There is nothing I can recommend about this place.

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a McCrispy with extra tomato only to wait over 20 minutes for my food to have no tomato at all. Took it back to complain and turns out the whole establishment is out of tomato. After being charged for the extra tomato I requested a refund which took over 10 minutes for the cashier and bone headed manager to do. Went back to sit with my family while they ate their cold stale food and as we were leaving I requested to be let into the restroom. The cashier stared blankly at me after I asked for almost a minute then rolled her eyes and informed me that she lost the key and that “someone over there should be able to let me in. ” At the same time a customer came up to the counter and requested a lid for his cup since the station was out. She rolled her eyes for him too and legend says he’s probably still waiting for his lid. We left the restaurant and there was a lobby full of people waiting for food and a long line for the bathroom with no key in sight.

The past few months, they made lots of mistakes. We've had some food missing or completely wrong. Occasionally, we've given them another chance due to limited choices in our small town. Hoping they get it together soon.

Horrible ordered a strawberry shake took a sip there was chocolate at the bottom of cup gal says oh that happens? Fries were hard and cold. Burger was not even warm. Save your money.

Gross! McDonald's can generally be relied on as a good, clean rest stop. Walked into this location to find three employees absent mindingly standing around, trashes over following, and the bathrooms locked with a keypad handle. After one of the absent-minded employees unlocked the bathroom, we found stalls missing toilet paper and more trashes over following. This location does a disservice to the reputation of McDonald's.

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. They didn't have a lot there, but the menus still cost the same. The toilets had a code lock, which could not be used, they had to be unlocked separately. And the condition of the toilets left a lot to be desired.

Used the drive-in. The car in front of me must have had both an unusually large and special order that took a considerable time to complete. Instead of asking them to park so the order could be brought to them, we all had to wait in line making our food cold.

Don't ever order on the Mobil app and decide to eat in the lobby. Complete breakdown of the "system" and staff. I don't believe they've ever had that happen before. They ended up hand writing the order on a piece of scratch paper and still got it wrong 3 more times. I gave up and called it a total loss. It's just money, right?

Service was slow.and the food was the wrong order coffe water down. I mean I know it's a busy place here but they can at least do the items correctly if ama have to wait so long for my wrong order

Waited in drive thru 20 minutes for 2 sausage burritos and a large coffee. Food nd coffee was cold when I finally got it. Totally disappointing experience.

It was the average McDonald's experience. Dark depressing colors, dirty tables, dirty restrooms.

Most unwelcoming McDonald's I've ever been in. Seems like theyre running with the smallest crew possible. Always take forever.
