Fast service, to fast they always forget something so double check your bags. Lots of homeless ppl in this area walking around
Horrible service. Had me park in a stall while they finished my order the. Promptly forgot it and left me sitting here.
We ordered through the App online to pick it up through the drive through. Then they said it was only for inside. They refused to give us our order at the window. It was almost 100 degrees outside. Then they proceeded to get the orders WRONG AND TOO SLOWWWWWW. PRIVATELY OWNED MCDONALD'S ARE A DISASTER EVERY TIME!
Zero star, went to drive thur, have me park for 30min, got old nuggets and fried and a mcChicken. Plz give fresh food when u park someone thx
Reported this place to the Labor Board they didn’t care so I will tracing out to the media to let them know they are not allowing their employees take their breaks! Heard an employee ask for a break they refused! That tells you what a trash of work environment they have! I spoke to a male this morning he was a joke shared he was a supervisor highly doubtful!

They had gotten my whole order wrong and they made us play double the price for something we didn't order
Whenever you go to a restaurant that is a franchise, you think that it must be good and of quality in all aspects. But it does not apply here, I do not recommend it.
It's a mcDonald's. It's right off the freeway. It's food is identical to every other McDonald you've ever eaten at. The drive through has 2 ordering speakers but you still have to zipper merge to pay and pickup. They will ask you if you want to use the app to order instead. If you need french fries before or after your visit to tue chafee zoo this is your spot
Service was very slow… had wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes for our food while my daughters McFlurry melted. So I went inside and got a fresh McFlurry and found that my order had been sitting there for a while and it was cold… They were busy and that I understand but when your in the fast food business and you’re not fast… something is wrong
I drove up to the drive up to get me a large iced tea and I asked if they could make it half and half and they did and that it was really fast
Got my whole order correct way better then the one on Jensen and second street they always jack up your order
This place never gets your order right. Every time I come here they mess up. They need to fire and rehire new people that actually want to work. SMDH.
