This location is in dire need of police protection! The violent homeless people are getting worse. They will threatened you, it happened tonight.
Redoing the parking lot pavement at 6 pm? Blocked off drive thru when we were about to enter, then, after going around to the opposite side to walk in, this pavement company began taping off EVERY entrance! The restaurant was Open. People were Fuming! VERY Bad planning and management.
They need a third window so you can give them back all the wrong food they gave you at the second window
I have gone in instead of the drive thru and my order has been correct. If you go through the drive thru, that is a different story.
Food was hot, fresh and there was no long wait. This is one of the better places I have been to for lunch. Recommend if you are in the area and need to pick up something quick to eat.
Went into McDonald's at 1030 am. I ordered 2 Deluxe breakfast platter. A eggs muffin and coffee. The hashbrown was a rock hard. No plastic forks or syrup. I was flustered, then when I asked for help. The staff looked at me all bothered. No Bueno, I'm shocked really.
Drive thru, ordered bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, I really like it. Fluffy eggs crispy tasty bacon, buttery biscuit, all good things. They got pretty good coffee too.
The cashier at the first window taking the payments an older man is always so nice, helpful and uplifting
The usual fast food, men's restrooms are closed and I have never gotten such a bad smell in any restaurant bathroom as the women's.
The service is rude they tell you if you buy coffee to keep your receipt to get refill if you do that but don't sit inside they stop giving you refill and say you have to buy another. They descriminate if you are homeless and still a paying customer.
Well, this one isn't much different than the rest! They had the new mcflurry flavor come out, BUT the ice cream machine was not working.make it make sense.

This is the 2nd time they have shorted me on 2 large fries.i got home to feed 3 adults and one large fry was missing after i paid 30.00 dollars.
Said no cheese. There was cheese. Sent it back and said No Cheese Please. Whoever was back there poured so much salt and pepper on the replacement it was not edible. I threw it in the trash because they prolly gleaked on it too. So far Ventura doesn't have a good McDonalds. This one is hit and miss tho mostly miss.
