McDonald's, San Bernardino CA

Good hard workers inside and polite I haven't had any problems with them and they have the free best water ever.

Picked up food at the drive threw got to work grabbed the bag of food.everything fell out of the bottom of the bag all the food is ruined they didn't seal the bottom of the bag. Can't go back now I'm at work what a waste.

The truth is that with the service everything was fine but when I asked for ketchup they only gave me 3 for two full breakfasts and there was no Mexican sauce and the atmosphere was terrible because there was a child making too much noise hitting the table with the same number

Compared to a lot of its surroundings, this location is clean and relatively fast. With that said, this is in comparison to its surroundings.

Great service. Unfortunately panhandling throughout the day but otherwise Great food, employees and worth the wait during peak times.

This place always seems to mess my orders up. If it weren't for my kiddos wouldn't go here.

Arrived at 5 am. Drive through was not open Monday Aug7,2023. Not sure why if their employees are inside the restaurant whom aren’t doing not even the bare minimum. The lady manager walked out saw me waiting. I think she believed I was gonna leave by not removing the drive thru cones. Their food should be fresh in the mornings but in more than 1 occasion this locations food tasted OLD I wasn’t even gonna order food just a smoothie it’s hot I’m thirsty. SIGH when you work at McDonald’s the food trays SHOULD be replaced EVERY 30 mins. This location’s food tasted like it was sitting there for 2 hours. You’d for sure get food poisoning

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in 40 years and used to work as a district manager for them
The staff plays around and you wait as long as 45 mins in the drive thru average wait time that I have experienced in 25 mins. The shortest wait time ever is 15 mins. Even if you preordering the app you still wait at least 15 mins to pick up if its at the counter

Absolutely terrible
Always wrong order cold fries and soda never Crisp.

Gave us watered down sprite, i overheard them saying machine didn’t work and still gave it to us and laughed about it.

They gave me old soggy fries. Complained about me wanting to switch my milk to Chocolate milk. I paid 15 cents extra on Uber app for white milk that I did not want. I understand it’s not their fault but at the same time it’s still paid for. The lady was rude about it when I called.

The food was good. I ordered a medium iced caramel machiatto and an apple pie and some chicken nuggets which took awhile to come out the kitchen. I understand they were busy and probably in the middle of a lunch rush but for my small order it shouldn't of taken as long as it did. Other customers were confused about their order numbers because there is table numbers, receipt numbers and other numbers that made it more confusing then it should be. The dining area was dirty but like I said they were in the middle of a lunch rush when I ordered so that would explain why.

I don't know but someone paid for my breakfast and the guy at the window just gave me my ticket that it was already paid for I'm going to go more often

McDonald's on Mount Vernon and Baseline the lady working at 9: 23pm on April 19th a Wednesday, was very rude, kept rushing us and mumbled something under her breath that was very disrespectful to us in the drive thru she deserves to get fired for her behavior. Disserves no STAR

This is the nearest McDonald's in my area be prepared for a long wait. I think most McDonald's are about the same This days

They don’t bring the order to your table when you order Table Service. I used it twice in one day and still had to go get my order from the counter.
