Used their app for a discount but was denied because we walked in in-stead of using the drive through? Employees, and the manager were like zombies and couldn't care less regarding my experience.

I had the most horrible experience, ordered a double quarter pounder and as my daughter took a bite a whole piece of paper was in her burger, called spoke with someone named Christian who said he was the manager, he was not at all apologetic and acted very nonchalant like this happens all the time. I will never patronize this location again

Our little girl always wants a happy meal so we go there often to make her happy or something like that. They are very quick to serve us, and there is hardly any wait time. We are happy as long as she is happy. Because that what's all about right?

2 stars is for the cleanliness of the restrooms. ALWAYS dirty. Don’t even want to go in to wash my hands. Manager didn’t even care. Told me she had no one to clean it. Blamed it on COVID.

Young lady was very friendly and helpful even the manager. Even the ice cream machine actually worked, even the fries were nice and hot

Update on September 3rd, family has been here at least 10 to 15 times since last post again today severely disappointed they forgot two meals, (again) that's after being parked out to the side again. I know it's McDonald's but I've had other McDonald's for example Grand terrace which by the way turned out decent, but this one just seems so low grade and you ask for any extra onions, and it's like the add five little bits of onion. The burgers come with like three pieces of onion The size of a grain of rice it's like why even put it on there? It's wild just add that stuff it makes it taste better but I don't know what to expect. I have a big family and it's down the street so yeah. Needs new management or new owner! Something! Cuz damn this place is horrible.

In my opinion food quality is poor.food is not made well, items are often forgotten like sauces, burgers, chicken nuggets etc. Been coming here off and on for a few years with hopes that I'll get a good meal but I'm always disappointed, kind of always been like this.

If I could give this place negative Stars, I sure would. I'm a previous employee of this location and I have nothing but unpleasant and unkind words and thoughts for this location. I have been a manager for several McDonald's over the last 6 years. Not once, have I ever been so demeaned, belittled. At the time I'm writing this (08/03/2023) at least one class action lawsuit has been placed against this franchise owner. I was taking orders and cashing out at the first window. Sue Balhki came back and reprimanded me (almost to the point of tears!) While I was visibly helping the customer at my window with my window open and she was going off on me. I told the customer please wait one moment closed my window turned and looked at her dead in the eyes and told her don't you ever talk down to me like that in front of a customer, if you would like to have a conversation pull me away from my area and have somebody else cover it but do not reprimand me publicly or in front of customers because not only is it unprofessional but it is public humiliation. Upon my next shift I was brought to my attention that I had been written up for defending myself and she was forcing me to sign the write-up and I refused because I told her that I was not in the wrong and I was not going to sign an official document that I did not agree with and our professional / not so professional conversation became a heated debate I again became emotional she told me to go take a 10-minute break, I went home changed out of my uniform brought my spare uniforms back with me and told her to keep her job if this is what it entails. She proceeded to list me as non-rehireable and even called corporate on me. Luckily, she was just a franchise. However, upon working at the store I had already been a manager at other locations for about 3 years and I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. Not to mention, she's one of those managers that expects robot production out of human workers. That's not even mentioning the fact that every 10 minute break I took or 30 minute lunch break I took I went out to smoke she came out behind me wanted to talk about work during my breaks and more times than not ask me for cigarettes. Numerous times I had asked her in a joking tone if she was ever going to buy her own because sharing with her was getting a bit expensive. She laughed and said oh, probably never because I can't let my husband find out I still smoke. Upon my resignation, it took her over 2 weeks I actually had to wait not just till the next. But the one after that in order to receive my final paycheck which according to my calculations and my research, is against the law in the state of california. As far as customer service goes, it does more than lack in the food safety category, in the nepotism category as well as straight up black and white favoritism.
In all sincerity, I hope she reads this comment and knows exactly who I am. And I hope she knows that I will most definitely, hell, even happily testify against her in court regarding this class action lawsuit she has found herself in. People don't deserve to be treated like they are less than. "People don't quit jobs, they quit management"- Sue Balhki

Food is okay. Service paid no attention to me when I came in for a mobile order. I waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged only for my order to not be ready because someone else took it.

I try not to order a whole lot when I get fast food, especially at any McDonald’s location. Ordering at the kiosks inside takes a while, even if it’s just fries and a drink. Drive thru has been ok for me so far and I’ve been going here for at least once a month for the past 4 months. They took me at 5 mins till close once

After multiple times coming here for the past two months (april/may) it seems the store has become not good anymore. Lately, everytime I order something, (i.e. Extra fries) the cashier never inputs the order and i never receive it. Which makes me go inside and have to order. No employee will say thank you, or have a nice day or even say you recieved ur full order have a nice day. Today, again, received my food and they just gave my bags and assumed I knew everything was in the bag. Food comes our cold, and if I ask to recieve new ones instead of the cold ones its always an issue. UPDATE- AUG. 18,2023- place was not busy and still had me wait 20 min for my food for 3 people. I don't know why but this place has gone downhill. Employees are rude. They will give you the food anf not say "thats all your food, have a nice day. " I sat in the window not knowing i had all my food and the employee comes back rudly saying "your done, you can go. " Good bye to this location.

We usually like to come for some ice cream treats and order for curbside pick up. Every time we just sit there waiting. Last night topped it off. The drive thru was steady, but not backed up. When I went inside, after waiting for someone to acknowledge me, they said they had a bit of a rush. Again, drive thru was steady but not backed up, so they were getting served. I'm not sure why you offer curbside if you're only going to serve us when you're done serving everyone else. It was 3 deserts and should have taken two minutes. This is a regular issue and I would just rather you not even offer curbside if you can't make it work.

We walked in they had a large amount of people waiting for their food. No mayonnaise packets.it took 24 minutes to receive the food. Update 7-26-2023, we had an appointment in the neighborhood and was a little early, so we thought we'd give another try. Nothing has changed since the last time. This time, as we went to the register, the kid walked away and headed to flirt with a girl sitting around the back. It took him 5 minutes to get her phone number. It's still slower than dog poop.

Walked in to the restaurant for an order I placed for pick up (which took 40 minutes to prepare a mcdouble and a medium fry). They had at least 8 to 10 people working back there, and they looked a deer in the headlights. They were just standing around doing absolutely nothing to improve their work flow. Imagine having all these orders to complete and their just standing their while customers look at the them, looking like they don't know what the heck to do. Are you guys not trained? The manager there looked like she was confused as well. I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience once I saw that the management is just as incapable of doing her job as the rest of the group there.
