Incredibly rude. Order incorrectly input by order taker, so I had drive through once more to correct it. No words just handed bag.

Kids had a blast, but the play area was very hot. Maybe the ac wasn't working well that day

It’s a McDonald’s. 4 stars for not giving my food away to homeless people like the one on Shaw. Would be 5 if it had one of the cool soda machines

I had to park in the reserve for a sausage mcmuffin and a bacon mcmuffin meals. Then a guy comes out right after I park and asks what are we waiting for? Well my husband caught off guard because we justed parked said our sausage mcmuffins. I said "no, " But no sooner than he turned around and walked away this lady was right behind him and handed this bag to us. Well went to park and low and behold 2 sausage mcmuffins. My husband hates the sausage. I said let's go back and he said "no" He doesn't like their breakfast anyway. I made him go back. This is the good part! We had to wait in this long line to get back thru. Then we tell them ay the teller we want our bacon mcmuffin. She said ok pull forward. I get to the window and the guy tries to hand me someone's order. (I should of took it, that would teach them.) we tell him no we'r just want our bacon mcmuffin. Then they ask to see the receipt it seems everyone is so discombobulated over one mcmuffin and im thinking give me my dahm sandwich I ordered! Finally I get it but you know I really would have likes a cinnamon roll or something for all the trouble.smh

I'm not sure what's wrong with the management at this location. The ice cream machine never works, today they were completely out of soda, and you are almost always parked you on drive-through orders. If you're lucky, you might get hot fries.

Always wrong order, excessive wait time and staff always act like they didn't see who is waiting for what.

Bad customer service and not friendly. The place was very dirt and play land was even worse.

I live literally across the street from here and I'm practically at McDonald's every other day at this location.every time I come and buy. I spent $60 last night and was shortened three burgers and a fry.smh the employees there need a pay attention to what there bagging up

Ordered Sausage Egg McMuffin got ham. It was terrible without any flavor! Ruined my breakfast

I went for lunch. At the time there were many people but the service was still quick. Very pleased.

This McDonald’s has gone so far downhill that I will drive an extra 3 miles to a different location. I won't go there anymore. Burnt burgers cheeseburger with NO CHEESE. And when I took the food back, the manager made me feel like I was putting her on the spot and bothering her.

Didn't feel safe at this restaurant, there was several males running around the restaurant making nasty remarks and the staff did nothing. I literally walked out with my elderly parents because of the safety issue.

Good, I always get the double quarter pounder meal with an extra double quarter pounder burger on the side every time I come here.

I ordered four Quarter Pounders today and one of them had melted cheese still attached to the paper on the hamburger. I didn't realize it until I took a bit out of it.

The food was bad because everything tasted funny. The service was bad because I had to wait 10 mins for them to "reopen back up". The atmosphere was horrible because there was flies everywhere. I chose not to eat my food and throw it away due to the inordinate amount of flies moving around not letting me eat. I wasted 10 bucks on a breakfast meal and I don't have that money to waist. Every dollar i have is budgeted and already accounted for. I'm feeling a little noxious thinking about trying to eat while dealing with all those flies.gross.

9/10 times whenever we order food here they always messed up our order. Like come on, are you not able to look at the order and put the correct amount of food in the bag? Either missing fries or they only gave us 30 pieces chicken nuggets when it supposed to be 40. Either workers here can’t count or doesn’t know how to read the orders. Make sure to check if your get all the items you order before take off. Had to go back because my little one wants fries and they did not put any fries in the bag. Sad that this one is the closest to us so we always just have to stop here.

I hope the owner or the General Manager is aware of an issue that just happened right now. I went to this location 10 minutes ago to buy a soda drive thru and the cashier at the first window couldn't even count the change that I gave her. The soda was exactly $1.40 and I gave her exactly 1.40. When I got to the 2nd window the second employee told me that I didn't give them 1.40 and I still needed to pay. 25 cents more. I told him I did gave them exactly 1.40 but I still was nice to give them another. 25cents. Then the manager on duty came, her name is Nicollet, and told me that I still needed to give them another. 25cents. I told her I already over paid them. She try to falsely accuse me of not paying the whole amount. She was rude and disrespect me for no reason. I can't believe this McDonald's hire this type of people as managers. I'm pretty sure this cashiers are going to be over with their money at the end of their shift because I gave them extra money. They need to train cashiers to count change money.

Denied a paid customer for wanting to use the bathroom but they deny it it's open 24 hours employee a long ponytail probably called a Mongolian ponytail said his manager would get him in trouble what is the name of the manager and who is he because he or she would not come forth I boycott that McDonald's and everyone who is employed there
