McDs is great for breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, coffee & fries. Order ahead app is handy.

When you're frequent they get to know you and you can request fresh grilled and they do so well I tip "Cook" $20 for making sure to not have too much mayonnaise or not to to add catchup or tomatoes. I love the burgers no longer taste plastic.

If ever I do have a problem, I know I can always depend on Martèn to clear it up. The Owner has always been very gracious at making sure to have what I'm requesting my way. For medical reasons, I need to dilute my Coke and he saw no problem with that, even though I may run into some at the other McDonald's on Admiral Callahan, he owns both and his standards are still the same. Customer service is very important

To use drive thru, you need to enter on San Pablo ave. The entrance from Wall Ave will not allow entry into drive thru lane unless you make wrong way maneuvers. Their drive thru system is pretty good compared to other MCDs and is fast.

Was just here yesterday. Friday shortly after 5pm, july 13,2023.i walked in the place was very clean and organized. The woman who took my order was very nice and friendly. They had my order out right away with no longer then 10 minute wait. Excellent. Will be coming back here sooon!:) A manager was also so nice and friendly asking me if i need anything or anything else. Thanks for a amazing and awesome experience. Earned a returning customer

Ordered through the app for a curbside pickup, waited and waited, ended up having to go inside, Once inside was treated poorly and come to find out the order had been sitting for well over 15 minutes. When asked if I could get my order remade (since it was cold) they told me, it was in fact not cold because it had been sitting under the 'warmers' or whatever whatchamacallits. I exited in frustration and definitely won't be returning. This was the night crew, all women employees whom I had contact with.

Disappointed with the double cheese burger BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND AMAZING

McDonald's has a fast service. Though they need to have more offers too that can update them.

Very friendly staff. Coin operated bathrooms but they helped us gain access quickly and walked the food to our table.

The Big Mac was well prepared and the fries were salted to perfection. Also had fast service and clean facilities.

Everything at Mac Donald isn't the same everything is processed and artificial. I will eat the pan cakes, oatmeal and smoothies, frappas. Fish and maybe a big Mac which is what my daughter likes.

Way 2 exspensive 4 what u get! When franchize began. Burgers were 10cents cheeseburger was 12! Our 6 item was over 30! Thats ridiculous!

Good during the day time. But do not order a double quarter pounder past 11pm. You will get a Mcdouble and realize it too late. This has happened to me twice.

The person on the speakerphone and cashier, is super heavy to ask you what you want, you ask her for something and he cuts off the conversation saying what else? What else? What else? That more than an arrogant and impolite way, is an older black woman with a super bad attitude, then my order was never reflected on the screen, I got to the payment window and asked her to please repeat the order to me, she told me everything that you already ordered was on the screen and I told her there was nothing you can repeat my order and with a horrible attitude he made a bad face at me and I approached the machine to put my card ignoring my request to repeat the order, I left immediately and canceled everything, because I have the right to know that I am ordering, and I am not forced to pay for a bad service and they definitely were not going to give me what I ordered because of her attitude, so I did not proceed with my order and left the place, was 01/11/23 at 4: 10pm… please hire another person!

Can not get salt and pepper unless you ask four different people otherwise they will tell you that they don't have it. Can not get a refill on your drink whether you want to pay for it or not. Fries will be cold even when you ask for a fresh batch and that you will wait for it. At least my order was correct.

It's McDonald's Just So Happens This Location With Your Order Are Golden Fresh You Can Tell The Frying Oil Is Being Changed At It's Regular Interval Keep Up The Good Work Will Definitely Return And Recommend.

Our order came so fast! McDonald's is always McDonald's. Very clean. People were friendly and helpful:)
