McDonald's, Ventura CA

Very clean McDonald's for the area. There were people cleaning the outside and the inside while we were dining there. Plenty of tables and the employees were pleasant and seemed to actually enjoy working there.

They need to put cashier's and folks on the speaker who speak and understand clear English.

They literally ALWAYS say they’re cash only after a certain hour…. Is the system down or are they pocketing cash… annoying either way

Employees are immature little kids that don't care.just there bc mommy and daddy made them get a job

The glaringly obvious lack of cleanliness was an instant turn-off, with sticky tables and filthy floors that haven't seen a mop in ages. It was a breeding ground for discomfort and germophobia.

Now, onto the abomination they dare to call food. The menu boasted a selection of artery-clogging, microwaved monstrosities that lacked even a semblance of flavor or quality. The hamburger I ordered was a soggy, pale patty trapped between two stale buns. It was depressingly tasteless, as if it embodied the remorse of every poor soul who had ever been coerced into dining there. The fries, intended to be golden and crispy, were limp and lukewarm, surpassing the pinnacle of disappointment.

The service was the epitome of apathy and inefficiency. The disinterested, lackadaisical staff members seemed to despise their very existence, reflecting this disdain in their interaction with customers. They moved so sluggishly, it was as if they were testing my patience as part of some sadistic experiment. My order was wrong not once, but twice, showcasing their astonishing inability to comprehend a basic request.

Moreover, the management's apparent disregard for customer satisfaction was palpable. It was obvious that they cared more about their bottom line than delivering a pleasant dining experience. It felt like being trapped in a real-life version of Hades, with no hope of salvation from the dismal mediocrity that encompassed every aspect of this establishment.

In conclusion, dining at this particular McDonald's restaurant was an excruciatingly painful experience, serving as a chilling reminder of the potential horrors that one can encounter in the fast-food industry. Save yourself the agony and seek sustenance elsewhere – any other option would undoubtedly offer a more satisfying meal.

The food is food, but the hours for the lobby on the door need to be updated. The lobby is only open when they decide to open it. Don't just hold up 1 finger and expect me to know you're going to open up in an hour. I took this as you wanted me to wait 1 minute. From now on, I'll know just to use the drive thru.

Slow service, forgot to send order back, once given food, food was cold then forgot the fries and then we told they forgot the fries. They gave us cold stale fries. Disorganized teamwork.

Well my burger was still raw inside so that was great. After driving 20mins home before eating I wasn't going to spend another 40mins to get it replaced.

The drive thru had a very impressive young man working. I overheard his conversation with another employee regarding ebb and flow of customers. He has a great work ethic and energy that is missing from current workforce. It was Saturday evening the time this gentleman was working and he is a great asset for McDonalds!

The BEST customer service I've EVER had in Ventura County and these two employees were young. So yeah I was shocked! I wouldn't mind at all taking the drive from Port Hueneme to Ventura just to eat at this location.

Exactly what you expect from a McDonald's. Great fries. Great coffee. Lots of parking, a double drive-thru and cool stuff nearby.

Very, very slow. My order sat on the counter in the back while the employee had a personal phone call.
Many machines are broken so much of the menu isn't available.

This place is a nightmare so I go to this place like at 9pm and make my order and I don't get my food until 45min later and they had my daughters happy meal on the counter inside but they didn't want to give it to me until the rest of the order was done so her meal is sitting there for 45 min all cold when they gave it to me the manager was being agresive when I told him my daughter's food had been sitting there for 45 min I believe his name was Dave do not go to this mcdonalds if you can avoid it
