McDonald's, Coachella CA

The manager is so rude. I got there exactly at 2: 00 am and waited for my food and received the wrong order. I came back to claim my food and they didn’t want to give me my refund since I had agreed it was my order supposedly it was all my fault when she is the cashier and she’s supposed to give me the right order without asking me. They proceeded to tell me to wait in line to get my order correct and when I got to the window the manager that is missing a lot of teeth was screaming at me and being so rude when I never insulted her. The manager is super rude. Every time I go to this McDonalds there’s always something wrong either the wrong food order or they give you an attitude. Overall I left at 2: 50 without my food and the manager didn’t wanted to give me my money back because it was my fault and not theirs. Even tho I had their food that they gave me wrong they still insisted on not giving me my money back. At the end I didn’t leave until she’s gave me my money back but never got my food. So unprofessional the manager screamed at me infront of my related. Never did I get disrespectful but she did she was screaming at me and yelling at me for a mistake she made. I’m gonna talk to whoever is responsible for the restaurant to never hire people that don’t know how to do their job.

It's great that the drive through is open 24 hours. They are in the process of having some work done on site so sometimes it's a bit of a maze to get to and through the drive through window but service is quick and the food is always fresh and hot. Drinks are always ice cold and refreshing. The employees are super friendly and always have a smile. Will be back soon!

Terrible service waited more than 30 mins for a curbside pick up and I was the only car waiting. Couple cars in drive thru. Had to make my way in to let staff know about my order. If you order through the app, I suggest you don’t just do drive thru they will forget about you. Or not even come out and ask if your waiting for an order.

One star but if I could put less I would, I literally went right now and I asked for more sauces and he gave me only one that I asked for he then close the window and left. Gone several times at night and they always give a attitude

Chicken sandwich was very dry. Employee didn't know about the discount. Walked away without excusing himself. Other employees rude.

A bunch of children not one person acted like an adult take their sauce policy serious ordered 5 meals acting like sauce comes out their check. Rude and disgusting attitudes including manager who laughed with her crew at the window

Worst McDonald’s in the valley, drive thru people are so rude dont let you order with out hurrying you up act like cant hear you but hear what convin them.

Prepare for long drive thru waits. Food is mid. Staff seems a bit on the pessimistic side. Like a smile and greet wouldn't hurt.

Bathrooms having locks on the door to get in kinda sucks.

This place had me waiting 30m on the line and no one is on the cashier to take my order don’t come to this place yea I am a Karen.

Very slow, the manager is very asshole with her employees and the drive-through is very slow

A customer service that makes you feel uncomfortable even when ordering your food. The people who brought the food to the car seemed to be in a bad mood or lazy.lack of ketchup sauce that we ordered among others.very, very slow service.honestly the improvement in your customer service staff needs better.thank you for your work and respect!

Drive thru people are rude. When they ask for sauce I would think a good 4-5 is fair but when they just give out 1 for a whole 40pc uhmm noo! They only give out one like if it’s coming out of their pocket/ check

Today. March 22,2023 I visited McDonald's and had the worst experience with the lady at the register which said she was the manager. She was so unprofessional and rude, first she said I couldn't use my rewards/deals because there was a line behind me which was 2 people who didn't seem to be in a hurry and second wouldn't allow me to even scan my phone to receive points. If she is the manager like she claims to be than she definitely needs some training on customer service and basic manners. Whatever happen to customer is right, or at least giving them the opportunity to be a customer.

Went through drive through and was given quick service. I believe the shake size was small for a large.

Amazing just like any other McDonald's bad thing is drive-thru runs trough parking lot sometimes making difficult to get out

It was quite busy food was pretty good. The only thing is there's the only one stall in the bathroom that's the only thing that sucks about this McDonald's everything else I'd say 10 stars
