16I've been to many McDonald's, as I assume everyone else has as well. This one is a good location in my opinion and the staff is quick and friendly.
Horribly rude and undertrained staff. Don’t forget to purchase something before they’ll only half way properly acknowledge your presence, especially if you’re needing to go to the bathroom and you’re pregnant. Then by the time you get let into the bathroom there will be human feces on the toilet. Very ghetto experience
I should have went to Burger King next door
The order taker was very nice and professional! The food quality not good! Dining area clean nice atmosphere!
Never have a bad experience here that I can recall. The workers are always very nice when I go! No complaints here.
I went there because it's close to Hanford Train Station and I had to kill almost 2 hours before I took the bus home
They mess my order up everytime. And drive through slow. I have several points accumulated and my app will not let me use them.anyone else having this problem?
There was nobody at the register, so we tried the kiosk. We know they have specials, but it was very hard to find and order them. Gave up and waited for the cashier.
Two hours before closing, only the drive-through is open. Took almost 10 minutes waiting for the order of 20 piece chicken nuggets and fries.
The Manager was absolutely RUDE. She initially asked me to pull into space #1 to wait for my 10 piece nugget. There were already customers in space #1 so I patiently waited for other orders that were delivered to vehicles after mine was placed and then she had the audacity to give me attitude for giving me the wrong order. Needless to say I lost my patience! And the food that was I guess considered the replacement were absolutely disgusting, OLD fries which tasted like they been refried in burnt oil.
Almost getting to where I don't feel safe in broad daylight in the drive thru at this location way way to many bums & homeless hanging around here & also the double drive thru line is terrible because everybody & there mother seams to think it's okay to go thru there to order twenty freak'n meals instead of being polite n parking & then going inside to order cold fries man
Found a blue band aide inside of my food and some blood on the outside of my wrapper, they refuse to answer the phone I'm stuck at work, and besides that the food was terribly made, tasted terrible and the soda was so flat.
Got 35$ worth of food and ended up throwing it all away. All food was ice cold. Big Mac tasted like rotten meat same with quarter pounder. Cheese burgers were nasty. Fries were nasty and stale. Won't be going back to McDonald's anytime soon 2nd time that we've wasted money on food only to throw it away. Nasty
Nasty coffee. If you want a good coffee this is the wrong place to come and get one. Save your time and don’t ruin your morning with a bad coffee in Macdonald’s.
Employees were rude and cleared my order from the screen and still took 20 more minutes to give me my order.
Service here is horrible, their not busy but they still make people wait. They apparently don't know how to make Oreo McFlurrys at all cause they don't mix them they just put ice cream & top it with Oreos that aren't even enough to get that perfect mixture at all, they were making people park & keeping the drive thru empty. The manager is lazy, slow, unprofessional & very rude. She was doing an interview with a young lady who looked very professional & while waiting for my order I over heard their conversation & the manager stated that she hired people all ready but then when she went back to the counter she was laughing with her coworkers saying she didn't feel like hiring her so she made up a story about how she already hired people & they don't need anyone else. In my honest opinion that is poor management, corporate & HR needs to hear about this & fix this horrible work environment!
Horrible drive thru customer service! Drive thru operator seemed to be on a power trip, guess she has a miserable life and feels the needs to ruin other people’s life!
