Always great and good food. On occasion they have forgot my sauces but mostly very accurate.

This store hardly gets my order correct, I hate Diet Coke and that’s what they gave me this time

Have gone there twice with my grandkids. First time we didn’t give us our drinks and the second time they didn’t put the toy in their happy meals. Very disappointed.

I picked up an Uber Eats order from here. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before an employee even acknowledged me. The order wasn't ready yet, which was understandable, they did seem busy. However, it took a very long time for them to get the order together & it was not a big order. Even though my time is money and I don't get paid for waiting, I was trying to be understanding, until an employee on his break walked over to the registers, one of the other employees immediately rang him up, and his food was ready like a minute later. I had been waiting at least 10 minutes, and waited another 5 before they had my order ready. That may not seem like a long time, but when the customer is told a certain delivery time and, again, I don't get paid to wait, my pay is based off how many miles total I'll drive and how big the order is, 15 mins is a long time. Most drivers, including myself, usually would have canceled the order for taking too long. I won't be accepting any orders from here in the future.

Ordered 2 coffee's, 1 sausage Mc muffin and 2 sausage biskets, 1 of the sausage biskets was missing the sausage patti. How can someone rap a sausage bisket with no sausage. It was to late to go back since I was home when I found out. The food was hot and fresh

My visit here was good the service was quick I was in and out and back on the road with zero delay and all was great!

It's a good McDonald's. It's exactly what you'd expect. Clean and fast service

The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. Had us park for 2 mc chickens and had several cars go before us with alot more food.

Orders are consistently messed up. Items I did not order, missing items I did order, the wrong sauces or no sauces in general. Haven't seen the employee in the store in a long time but he got annoyed that I stated my order was not correct. Got the response, "Yeah whatever good bye, love ya. " That last bit threw me off cause I wasn't expecting it.

They need to prepare food faster that's why they call fast food you shouldn't have to pull in the number spots and wait for your food so to me their service sucks So they need to improve their services

I got a happy meal asked for water when I asked about the drink coming with the meal. They said it would be an up charge. I asked for BBQ sauce for chicken McNuggets NO sauce given. I asked for Keptchup None given. I went through drive through on my way to pick grandkids. So inconvenient! $27 meals not worth it

Food always good, and service is usually above average fast in drive thru. However, if I say I want light mayo on my McChicken tell the kid in the back to calm down with the mayo gun cuz the last hot & spicy's were more like hot & mayo-e cuz I was swimming in it, smh

The ability to communicate with drivers is a requirement for the folks that work the drive thru. Unfortunately the worker assigned to that task only understood half of what I said even after repeating.

Very frustrating!

Consistent and people are nice, only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is bc something is usually always broken lol. Like the soda machine, or an icee drink, or iced coffee.
