McDonald's, El Cajon CA

I come here almost all week every morning through drive thru. Latonya has an amazing costumer service you can be having a bad day and if you come here she makes your whole day a lot more better she definitely needs a raise.

I usually only stop here for a coffee in the morning, and it seems like they just don't care about you when you order on the mobile app for the coupon. You're being paid 15 dollars an hour. The least you could do is make it correct and not hand me a coffee over flowing and dripping everywhere. Take some pride in your work!

It's was great they gave me a extra fri and two free pies thank you Angel she deserves a raise

Lousy service you ask them for something and it seems they are angry I asked for a deluxe breakfast the cold pancakes brought a real miniature bacon lousy service

When they make your order correctly - it’s usually good. But I have had them add sweetener to my coffee multiple times (hot and cold) after specifying NO SUGAR. At least one cashier can’t subtract to make correct change. Don’t expect an apology when they got it wrong - but at least I didn’t have to pay for the coffee the second time through. Avoid.

Been eating the same breakfast at the Santee location for at least 8 years and I never get sick of it.
I usually get Sausage egg cheese muffin, with hash brown and a medium coffee with 6 creamer and 3 splendas. And they do it perfect every time. My bestie loves the breakfast burrito with the breakfast salsa. If I'm gonna eat bad food, I might as well enjoy it.

Using the mobile spp is a no brainer. Big mac, med fries and med coke for $6? And thats not using any points earned. Then wait eat my meal and 15 min later i can use the app again for a lrg caramel iced coffee for free using points. Download and see for yourself. You really do save money with the app.

1: 36 pm ordered at 1: 22 had to go down to pick up order from curbside since no one bothered to bring it out…. Order was setting at the counter wth

The fries are good. If you order ahead it seems like it is actually slower then going thru the drive thru

Forgot nuggets but fixed the issue quickly. Food was just warm and had obviously been sitting because cheese wasnt even melted.

Don't enforce handicap rules. Staff needs attitude counseling. It'll be a while before I go back.

Left all the meat outta my order. I drove 6miles back and was very upset. It was Angel who made my experience better.

They are always very rude. There is one girl there her hair has red or maroon in it. She is very pleasant and nice.

It's McDonald's. Not much to say. Some of the time food is hot and fresh. Like all fast-food restaurants, they mess up orders or the food they give isn't fresh or poorly made.

I'm always impressed with this store, especially employee Angel! She has such a welcoming and sweet demeanor and goes above and beyond for her customers. I can always count on her getting my order correct. She is quick, efficient, and thoughtful! I will keep coming back for this level of service!

A very rude girl was standing behind the operator's desk and shouting, and when I approached, she waved her head as if she was the only smart one here

Unfortunately we found hair in our breakfast meal yesterday April the 2nd. Not only in my hot cake but also in ny husband’s sandwich which was disgusting to me in my 9 month of pregnancy.

Things like that I guess happens but shouldn’t if the staff wear hair caps etc and if they really care about the Hygiene.

I had nauseas!
