McDonald's, Oxnard CA

Close to freeway. Good service and great food. Note 2 lanes for placing orders and close to Krispy Kreme.

So I went in to the mcd in oxnard on vineyard terrible experience nothing buy a bunch of high school kids working the clerk at the register has bad attitude poor customer service skills I greeted her she said nothing back but a smirk.went to fill my drink at the soda machine no lids counter tops full of soda the lobby was disgusting the trash was over flowing no lids even in the back they gave me a dome lid.my order was wrong and cold mind you I counted about 15 ppl working there tonight also some had hair nets and some not very unsanitary.you have the cashier giving the guy employee hugs while working very unprofessional the floor lobby was disgusting just awful awful customer service.nasty mcd

Food was great as always but the service is always an issue here. I went through the drive thru and was waiting in the right lane. A worker let me know he would help me in a minute. About 30 seconds later another customer entered left lane. They helped that customer first. Ok it is what it is, then they helped another customer in the right lane before me. Once I finally made it through the drive thru they gave me my bag and when I was able to stop and eat it was missing items. On top of this, whenever I am driving for door dash I typically have to wait 2-3 mins at the counter with multiple workers walking past me before someone finally stops to hand me the order that has been sitting on the shelf the entire time.

Messed up on my order. Went for my lunch break and they messed up my entire order. I'm so disappointed I only have a 30min lunch I didn't have room for mistakes. The girl took my receipt and through it in the trash.

The incompetence in this place is staggering. They almost Always mess up and have me park to wait for longer than it takes to wait in the drive through, to the point I have to get out myself. I hate coming here and don't see myself returning. Literally Every time they mess up on something. Can't believe it

They let me loiter and are overly friendly. Although it can get hectic and occasionally slip in performance; they are faster and more accommodating than most McDonald's I've loitered at.

Sorry McDonalds.
Your automation and lack of personal have made your restaurant very unpleasant.

There was a light skin employee who made fun of my big nose by saying happy hannucah! And you'd think on how that light skinned looked I'd say and happy pride month but no I went on my business but ironically the other day there was a Mexican Hitler look alike working there the other day making it all worth it highly recommend

This one always takes the loooooongest ever to serve you food. Drive-thru, especially, you will wait way longer than usual times for your food

The most disrespectful and unprofessional McDonald's branch ever. They charge you for items you order but scam you because none of the items you pay for are given to you or delivered. Zero accountability too.

There always messing orders (not complete). Bad service. And in drive thru, they purposely take there time.

Today, 12/23/22, the place seems more up to speed with the service.

Today, 12/21/20, I ordered a large fry and 3 sweet tea's. They gave me the large fry and ask to pull foward for my 3 tea's. Again, within 10 seconds they gave me them.

90% of the time when I go through the drive-thru at THIS McDonald's, I end up needing to pull up a head, park and wait. I do not get a lot of food. The last time I ordered 2 Mcchicken's a large fry and a sweet tea and waited about 10 minutes! One time I said I wasn't pulling up ahead and they had my food ready within 20 seconds. Also, if you pull ahead always check to see if you receive the condiments you asked for; every single time I never received what I asked for.

Super slow drive thru service. Im talking about the one on Vineyard just off the 101 freeway.

Every time I order delivery from this McDonald's, I'm missing an item and they never give the sauce. And only half the fries container is filled. Do better

If i could give 0 stars i would. I am tired of this establishment only reason it stays open is because of the franchise. I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years. Every time i decide to give it a chance they fail not only me but neighbors as well. Orders are ALWAYS wrong, you ask for a plain burger you get a regular one with every ingredient. You order chicken nuggets, they’re stale, undercooked, cold. Only thing i like is the double drive thru but what is the use if the employees can never get your order right even after repeating yourself about 3-4 times. I got handed someone else’s food and told them it wasn’t mine, they get upset at you for THEIR mistake. I prefer jack in the box and wendy’s over this establishment too bad wendys is now closed. Someone said below its the blind leading the blind and it truly is. No matter what your job title is, this is FOOD that people are paying for, taking their time to come here, and for what? For a bad meal. I really hope they close this mcdonald’s down soon. Too bad the collection is just adding more to the city because i’m sure they won’t close it. If it was based of reviews, would’ve been shut down a long time ago. I prefer the one on rose even when they’re busy they treat you like a human and take care of your orders CORRECTLY.

It's Mikides guys very good fast food. Who doesn't like chicken nuggets, with there tangy barbique sauce, fries and a sprite. Great food for your soul. God bless
