McDonald's, Marysville CA

The service was great. Super friendly and efficient. But there’s no where to dispose of the trash outside. So if you’re eating in your car it’s inconvenient. The food was probably some of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had.

It's getting better apps working since my last review? Coffee without Carmel in Marysville yesterday. Today yuba city added my Carmel like I asked. Hard to tell what each visit brings?

Got my McDonald's fix. But seriously why have frozen coke if it's always broke in the summer?

There are already two occasions that I need a Big Mac the first time I went to tell them they refused and this second time they did give it to me even though they got angry

Everything was good got my food right away freshly made like always tasted really good but got to watch what you eat too so you can't eat it too often but when you do you always get what you pay for which is really good thank you

The app would not allow you to order curbside. I had to walk in and use the kiosk to complete my order. The restaurant then double charged my credit card, and I then had to contact the credit card company to get the charge reversed. I did not like my experience at this location.

The Food is not real. They share the same parking lot as a marijuana dispensary, that's why this business popped up

Head female manager here is awful and doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction. Don't go to this location in Marysville if you can help it! Go to Burger King!

Its super expensive. The food was not worth the money, and they tried to kill us of thirst basically (story bellow). Horabe experience.asked for 6 water cups, then they tryd to charge us a dollar each, so we took them off the order. Then we asked for 6 free water cups. Tbey said 2 per order, we had 2 orders and asked for 2 water cups with both orders, and at thid point we wete dying of thirst almost. Then we get two the food window in the drive through and they gave us our order and 2 water cups, we ask for the 2 with our second order and they told us 2 waters per vehicle. Snd we drove off very unsatisfied.

Extremely busy and communication with staff to other staff was horrible. Food was accurate.but not real warm

Ordered food for 8 people. Ordered 3 sodas for older ones since little kids needed water to hydrate. Asked for 4 cups of water. Said their maximum is 2. Asked for water for the Littles since they don't drink soda/juice. Was told that they have an "unwritten policy" that they only provide 2 cups of water. Super frustrating! Just 2 more cups of water!

Eh, attended this place several times and they always have dirty tables and the same floor, the staff are sometimes unpleasant and you always have to miss something in the order

I’ve been going to McDonald’s every morning for the last few years on my way to work for an iced caramel coffee. Apart from that, of course I stop by for the occasional food now and then. Always in convenient locations and always had great prices. McDonald’s is an old staple of modern American culture. Love their app! Always use it. You’ll get the best deals. I love that my local McDonald’s is also a LGBTQ+ affirming. Makes me more comfortable as a queer person. Great staff also who is always friendly and remembers you.

Terrible service this morning. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 breakfest sandwiches. When they gave me my bag, it only had 1 sandwich, apparently they only only charged me for 1. I asked if I could but the second one, to which the drive thru girl (young girl with curly blondish red hair) responded "we don't have a cash register here" and slammed the window closed. I parked and went inside to buy my second sandwich, and stood at the counter where I was ignored and glared at for about 5 minutes by the lady running the cash register. Finally someone came to take my order, and when it was ready at the counter my bag was thrown up there and no number was called. I had to ask if that was my food, to which I got a "yeah. " And a glare. I usually love mcdonalds breakfest, and go to this location a lot, but the attitude in this place is severely lacking.

Table Service is Non-Existent. Why have the option to have your order brought out to you if they don't do so?

Tables dirty. Free fry day on the app not working. Employee not even trying to scan it. Employee rude

Bro you guys are messing up this bad it's really sad like where's the rest of my of my big Mac and where's my man's bacon for his double cheeseburger

Unfortunately the food here is not edible any more aside from treats or chicken nuggets. The burgers are grisly and taste funny. Not at all the McDonald's I grew up with
