McDonald's, El Centro CA

Disappointed with drive thru, had to order twice, asked for no onions, Asked again at the window and still got onions on my burger. Staff looked confused and overwhelmed

I would like to comment on one of your rude staff in 345 imperial avenue el centro California branch.we have waited for 40 minutes in a pick up order counter and all the people that just came in got their order the short lady in the shift at 08/28/2023 0830 pm was smashing thing like phones and sheslooking at me despicably as if i did something wrong for just ordering.poor planning and being short staff means incompetence in the management, you call yourself a fast food chain.when it took almost an hour for ordering in the app to getting out an oder.this is unacceptable even the floors are dirty are you up to the standard of sanitation.

Very expensive and very slow.the prices went up a lot.to the point of going to Denny's.for a difference of four or five dollars in total consumption.and with the huge difference of an extensive menu and coffee at will
At Denny's.the mc.donal's menu remains the same in the sense of preparation and presentation considering the high increase in cost.they do not offer an improvement in all aspects of their products.

Ridiculous portions for the price. Everything is very depersonalized, you don't feel comfortable.

One of the worst experiences for me. Service was very rude, the food took a long time, and when I opened my sandwich my bread was moldy, (green patch) the chicken was hot outside and cold inside. Had to return it. When approaching the manager she asks: are you sure it is mold? Show it, and then she responded: oh ok. Let me exchange (now she was in an attitude) asked for money and left.

Upcharge for Orange juice on a breakfast meal.

Horrible customer service. Check your McBitc**s that you have at the register. I arrived because I wanted tea and the machines didn't have any. When I approached to ask for the tea, the first thing the "worker" says, if that's what you can call her, she tells me; "That? " Where is “what is offered to you? ” Not that the customers were doing him a favor. After telling him that there was no tea, he tells me that they will put it in a while, wait 20 minutes and nothing. The second time I went I asked for ranch because they made a mistake and they gave me Buffalo and the lady still gets angry and tells me "well bring me the ones we gave you to change them" if I gave them but they don't know how to treat customers either. Eager to go with the receipt and throw it in his face.

Many times the workers have bad days, but it does not justify the bad treatment of customers who are PAYING for a service and by the way, McDonald's is not cheap. Just as they demand up to a penny to collect a ranch, they should also require their employees to provide good service. Give a training or something because it is not the only criticism of the bad management of customer service that they have.

The entrance to the drive thru is a bit difficult because motorists do not respect the Entrance

Been a while since I have eaten McDonald's. Surprised small fry was as much as a cheeseburger. $3.86 each.

I think that I could be better for the food but the food came soooooo fast like in 4min than we got more food and that came in 2min

The food is usually fine but the drive through workers (specifically the ones taking the orders) are extremely rude and try to rush you. I got half of my order the last time I went because the woman taking my order wouldn't take the time to listen to me and just rushed to give my total while I was still giving her my order.

You have to ask them to open the restroom for you and they probably won’t because they are too busy to tend to their customers. We are not children but we were treated like one. They never even opened the door for us. Terrible. Service.

Horrible drive thru service especially from the manager on duty by the name of carolina. Unpleasant, Unprofessional service was provided by this restaurant during the late night shift

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I live close so I use to come all the time. Some of the ladies working here are so mean to the customers. I've seen them talking loud behind there back and laughing or whispering things to each other while looking at some of the homeless customers. It's disgusting. There is quite a bit of homeless in the area who I have seen trying to come inside to eat and get out of the heat and they straight up just refuse them service and say "it's part of policy" What policy refuses homeless? How can you even tell if someone is homeless? Because they are dirty? Because they don't dress up to par? I just don't understand. So please don't come here looking dirty or under dressed. They are also not service pet friendly because I've brought my service dog before and they never even asked me if it was a service animal. I brought my service dog once and a short lady a little on the heavy side demanded me to get out loud and in front of everyone. I didn't even bother to show her my dogs documentation I just left. They never ask nicely and they obviously don't care what I had to say either because she just walked away. They tell customers who are chatting outside or waiting for a cab or ride to leave. I've walked in on some younger workers smoking in the restroom and then blame it on a homeless. It's just crazy. Some of the ladies I feel are holding some kind of grudge toward me for some reason. Something really needs to be done about these people I've already filed 3 complaints about the same worker lady who is always being mean to me or my family members and nothing has come of it.

I didn't like the tea, it tasted like fish, maybe the dispenser was dirty (I think). It's my personal point of view. The rest is delicious.

Mcdonalds is good overall the service was great whenever I asked for more sauces, ranch, ketchup etc. I was given it in no time and the cashier was really nice my only concern was the Atmosphere it was very bland and has stayed like that for a long time but overall 4 stars out of five
