McDonald's, Camarillo CA

Always friendly staff when grabbing my food. I use the app for coupons and get my 99 cent coffee every time.

Returning from Carpinteria, my wife and I went to the drive-through. Picked up some soft drinks and food. The parking lot is very clean. Staff is very courteous.

I go to a couple of different McDonald's a regularly during the week. Usually I am asked first if I will be using the mobile app? That makes it so much easier instead of having to say at the end that I have a code for you. So this morning when I went to McDonald's I was greeted right away when I pulled up to the drive-thru, and she quickly took my order and said pull up to the front. So I did, and when I did I gave her my code and that really upset her. She told me that I could have given her the code when I ordered. I told her she didn't give me time just told me to pull up. It would be great if they could just ask first before you order.

It is a clean place with decent service, but their drive thru is a bit awkward. There are 2 lines which merge and there are always restless drivers trying to merge ahead. I don't think having this kind of done thru is well thought out.

I've never received an order wrong. But they were having troubles with their monitor in the drive thru, which wasn't displaying the menu at all. The guy just said, "Um.ok. " So I reversed with no one luckily behind me and ordered with someone else.

I'm disabled so every time I go I have to tell them that I can't hold the drink tray. I asked them to put it in a bag. Like the ones they use for DoorDash. They are so eliminating and kind about it. It makes my life easier. It doesn't make me feel self-conscious or bad about myself. They just do it with a smile on their face. That means so much. Sometimes it's just a little things. The little humankindness.

My chick worked here during covid we would always go in the cooler and fool around good times super cool manager amazing mcflurry after a pounding in the cooler

You can sit in the drive through for up to a hour and you better check your bag before you drive off. Well over half the time you are missing something or have the wrong food

Everyone is friendly here but they often miss the mark. Today was 24 minutes between arriving at the drive through and getting my order. Two mistakes to boot.

The staff is great. Overall. I don't think those come machines get their bags changed and carbonated enough. Its either no carbonated, mixed flavors, odd water taste or something. Food also can be a bit greasy some days.otherwise your typical McDonald's with an exceptional staff!

The location is exceptionally clean and the staff are helpful. Service was fast and brought to the table. The new kiosks help streamline the ordinary process and keep lines down at this busy location.

I work 5 am to 2 so I come here often on my “lunch”, aka 9: 30 am breakfast. I get the big breakfast and it’s always so good and fresh. I don’t like pancakes so usually give to my kid, but today I decided to ask for no pancakes so not waste them and they offered to let me switch out for something else (got extra eggs). I’m just so please every time I come here. They are quick and usually remember everything down to my straw and butter without having to ask. Food is always fresh and service mostly friendly. I used to not eat at McDonald’s much but the value for the big breakfast plus the great service is hard to resist. It’s like I can count on them, which sounds weird, but service seems to be lacking these days in so many fast food places, but not here In the morning.

Trainers need Training!
Uncompetitive bunch of kids working in this place and don't know what they're doing and I blame the Trainers! I went to the drive thru and was put on hold then another car on the other lane came and his order was taken ahead of me. After taking my order when I reached the window to pay I was asked again what was my order and I had to repeat it 3 TIMES! Definitely not a good early morning experience! There were 2 other similar incidents happened to me before. Bunch of kids needs to be trained properly! Get your act together!
