I think they neglect the tables and bathrooms a lot. Since there is no longer a pandemic, they no longer clean! The tables are dirty and the seats smell like urine! Clean daily, it doesn't matter that we are not in a Pandemic!
Always great service! I was given the wrong meal and when I came back to return it they quickly apologized and fixed it. They always have a smile on their face and are friendly.
I came in and ordered 22 happy meals for my sons soccer team and Roberto and Rafael were so helpful and provided great customer service! Thank you both so much! Two very good employees.
It was just okay. Cheeseburger were so full of Katsup they completely covered my hand. No mirrors in bathrooms.
We haven't had McDonald's for at least 6 months. We have eaten at this one a few times over the years. We're not local so it is just when passing through. Every time we have been here, the food has been really good.
We were on our way home late and decided to make a quick stop. The staff was friendly and as usual the food was great. The funny part was that we had the usual conversation that goes something like this. "hey babe, where would you like to eat? " ME: "I don't care, sweetie. I'm really not that picky so whatever sounds good to you! " SWEETIE: "Ok let me think about it. "
20 MINUTES LATER. ME: Hey sweetie, how about McDonald's? SWEETIE: "that's what I was thinking! " ME: "the one in Galt? " SWEETIE: Yep!

Food is fine but service is slow. I normally have to pull into a waiting spot when going through the drive thru.
The lady who took my child's order was excellent and our order was great, for me it's the first time that I liked the hamburger at McDonald's and I let the lady know because I always cooked at home
The African American lady who took our order was probably niceness Staff I have ever seen. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!
Mi daughter and son got food and they got super sick, right at the first bite of the hamburger that said it tasted like rubber, we hot home in Reno and they both hot sick with food poison.
Definitely by far my favorite McDonald's especially since the staff is always in a great mood and extremely helpful not to mention the food is actually served fresh and hot cooked to order like it should be
It's Mcdonald the it sucks.just go to in and out or chikfalay or w/e it's called.even mexcian restaurants are cheaper and better and nicer people.
The service here was almost nonexistent. Nobody wanted to take our order even after some workers had pointed out that and order taker was needed. We finally had to use the kiosk to order, since we had no choice. Not the best experience for sure.
